E-challan Online
E-challan has been introduced to make things simpler for the general population. To all traffic offenders, the Traffic Police gives these electronic challans in the same manner as a paper challan. Your information is saved via this method, and both you and the authorities can simply access it.
You could see the distinct codes for each state in India on the vehicle's number plate. Take this example as an illustration. For instance, a car registered in Delhi will have a registration number that starts with DL. Similar to this, you'll observe that the Madhya Pradesh-registered car's registration number starts with MP. Because of this, each state has a unique RTO Code.

How to Pay Traffic Challan Offline?
Visit the designated Traffic Police station in your city if you have been cited for a traffic infraction.
Bring the letter you received from the local traffic police station with you so they can see it. Any outstanding fines or penalties should ideally be paid as soon as possible.
Avoid driving if someone has no unpaid penalties so that they don't accrue points for future offences or have fines removed from their license.
