Exercise is a natural painkiller for chronic back pain
Exercise does a lot of good. The best exercises for weight loss, obviously, help us lose weight and improve cardiovascular fitness, which prevents a lot of health issues in later life. Working out with weights or resistance bands can help us to build muscle, while yoga can improve our flexibility, core strength and mindfulness skills.
However, exercise has another surprising benefit you might not have known about: the ability relieve sufferers of chronic pain, especially lower back pain.

48 Reasons to Feel Optimistic
Online Magazine gives us 48 real life examples to remain optimisticabout the future. 2020 was a hell of a year. We started 2021 with doubt that it was going to be any better. Well, when you put things into perspective - we have many reasons to move forward with good intentions and positive aspirations for the future. Here are 4 of my favorites...
The Cubicle's Reign is over. Prior to the pandemic, some people had the luxury of working form home while most companies did not think it could work. We now know the answer and more workaholics have a freedom they have never experienced before.
The Planets Best Destinations got a much needed rest. Lack of commuting and polluting helped places like New York City, Venice, China, and Dubai witnessed cleaner air and water.
Outdoor and Alternative Education are Thriving. A complete educational shut down forced us to find alternative ways to teach, learn, and communicate though outdoor spaces and Zoom.
Finding new adventures. We were forced to find new ways to get out of the house, exercise, travel, and play. Many of these new habits have stuck and we're better off for it.
