Selfcare when sick!
This is a reminder to eat protein and carbs when respiratory sick, unless doctor says otherwise. I found myself testing how comfortable the bathroom floor was because I didn't eat a good breakfast and started feeling so dizzy. Those with hypoglycemia know this is bad. Those who may not Need to eat as frequently should still remember to:
feed your bodies when your under the weather. It helps with recovery. Your body is using up a ton of energy on your immune system.
Also, showers can be very helpful (unless doctor says no) the steam can open your airways and I, personally, don't like being covered in snott.

It's great that more resources are being provided for reaching"female only" issues than were available in the past; "male only" issues have enjoyed such treatment for alot longer. It's great that NOW more funding agencies are requiring equal use of male and female participants for issues that affect humans independent of sexual organs.
It's sad it took so long.
Every time I research yet another female health condition, only to find that there is “no known cause” or “no known treatment or cure”, my heart breaks a little bit more. Women’s health is so largely ignored in research and in practice.

One bookshelf?!
This "nerdy" post was like "feeling pride when I look at my bookshelf". Lol. How can you only have one bookshelf? There are just too many good books not to have four bookshelves and then more books randomly around the house. And that's not including any soft copy kindle books to read when traveling. #MoreBookshelvesNeeded #DoYouEvenRead #BookUp #AllTheBooks

I volunteered with a wild life hospital and loved the baby blue Jays. Their adult plumage is the best and they wrre some of the better mannered chicks (glaring at you woodpeckers)
you haven’t appreciated blue jays until you’ve seen pictures of them up close with wings outstretched

I feel this version holds additional lessons that are worth thinking on.
We had to write a Mini Comic for my Illustration Class so I did mine based on The Frog and The Scorpion. Hopefully you all know the story!
But if you don’t know the story… In the original the scorpion stings the frog in the middle of the river. When the frog asks “why” the scorpion says “it’s in my nature” and they both die. I like my ending more.
Done with watercolor and pen and ink nib.

It was great before and only improving!
What if someone got bitten by a vampire, but didn’t realize it. So then they go around and keep misidentifying all the symptoms, like
“Dude, you haven’t gone outside in a while.” “Yeah, last time I went out I got this wicked sunburn.”
“Are you still up?” “Yeah, I started bing watching this show on Netflix.”
“Dude, I’m seriously craving something right now.” “Like what?” “I dunno. Pizza rolls?”
