If you had to pick 5 past or present students from p21 who just understood and executed Molly’s style like nobody else does who would you pick?

such a good question ahh

1. dyllan - literally molly’s muse. no one has or ever will do it like her no matter how hard molly tries to rewrite history 😭 (though i may be biased bc she’s just my fav ever) i still watch recent molly combos and think about how amazing dyllan would’ve looked doing them bc she has had that much impact

2. regan - the most expressive dancer and best storyteller molly has ever trained also the fact that she’s been at p21 since she was 5 and you can definitely tell like her movement quality and musicality has always been so beyond her years

3. gracyn - the queen of molly contemporary and the face of project 21 well yes!! she’s not higher bc i feel like molly has evolved her own choreo to match gracyn’s strengths more than her just executing molly’s style if that makes sense

4. kendyl - miss her so much such a jazz diva she reminds me a bit of dyllan and it was honestly so amazing how quickly she was able to adapt to molly choreo and execute it so well

5. ava siniscalchi - literally carried season 1 on her back, the blueprint, the video of her doing the 6 inch combo lives rent free in my brain btw!!

also not a project 21 student but brynn rumfallo circa 2015 literally killing every molly combo had 8 year old me FLOORED

I think s10 really puts an emphasys on artistry as the main focus at project 21 right now. the contemporary dances and the older kids dances really set a different tone to the company, much more artistic and mature
