Dust Collector | Dust Collector Manufacturer in India
From: dustless blasting machine
Dust collectors are used to collecting dust and other solid impurities from the air or gas in industries. They help in providing a better working and cleaner environment to employees of an industry and also increase the manufacturing efficiencies. The quality of air released can also be enhanced with the help of dust collectors. Industrial dust collectors are different from that air purifiers because air purifiers use disposable filters to remove air pollutants whereas dust collectors have different components that help in improving the air quality.
Types of Dust Collectors
Inertial dust separator is a type of mechanical dust collector which uses inertial, gravitational, and centrifugal forces to remove dust from the object. By using these forces the dust is get temporarily collected in the hopper where the effect of these forces is minimal. This hopper is used for collecting dust particles temporarily.
A cyclone dust collector is a type of inertial dust collector which mainly uses centrifugal force for its dust removal operation. The cyclonic action of the centrifugal force makes the dust to get separate from the gas stream. The dusty air enters through the inlet and with the help of centrifugal force at the helical baffle; heavy dust moves to the interior sidewalls and goes to the base unit. Then the clean air spirals upward and exits at top of the cyclone through the exhaust fan. Here, the centrifugal should be higher so that all the dust particles can be removed easily.
Fabric bag dust collector collects the dust into a filter bag chamber and a dust hopper. Air enters through the inlet and suction is created by the exhaust fan. Due to the loss of momentum, heavy dust particle falls into the hopper and fine particles go to the inner surface of the fabric bag. During this process, all the dust particles which are accumulated in the fabric bag deposited into the hopper from where they can be separated out. Through the blower dust-free air is conveyed out. Fabric bag dust collectors do not need the high voltage, unlike electrostatic precipitators, hence their maintenance cost is much low.
Pleated bag dust collector uses pleated bag elements through which dust-laden air passes. Clean air flows out of the pleated bag through the blower and released into the atmosphere through ducting. After this process, the pleated bag is cleaned through air purging. Dust particles released from pleated bags go to the hopper and collected into dustbins from it. Pleated bag dust collectors mainly look like cartridge dust collectors also functions like it. They provide more areas for the dust removal process.
Cartridge dust collector uses a cartridge chamber to collect dust particles. The dust-air enters through the inlet and passes from the cartridge chamber. The dust-free air collected into the exhaust chamber and then goes out through the blower and chimney. After this cleaning process, the cartridge is cleaned by the high velocity compressed air which extends against the inner surface of the cartridge.
Dustless blasting machine manufacturing company supplies a variety of dust collectors at affordable prices as per the customer requirement. Here, sand blasting machines, shot blasting machines, thermal spray guns, abrasives are also manufactured and supplied to other industries at low prices.

Powder Flame Spray Gun | Powder Flame Spray Gun in India for sale
From: dustless blasting machine
Powder Flame Spray Gun
This process is based on a similar operating principle as the wire flame spray process, with the difference that the coating substance is a spray powder. Thus, a bigger selection of spray materials is available, as not all spray elements can be manufactured in wire form.
Tumblr media
Powder Flame Spray Gun
In powder flame spraying, the spray material in powder form is melted or fused in an oxy-acetylene flame and propelled onto the prepared workpiece surface with the help of expanding combustion gases. If necessary, an additional gas (e.g. nitrogen) are often used to accelerate the powder particles. The range of spray powders available is enormous, comprising well over 350 different kinds. Powders are classified as self-fluxing and self-adhering. Self-fluxing powders normally require additional thermal post-treatment. In most cases, this “fusing” step is applied using oxy-acetylene torches, which are extremely well-suited to the present task. The adhesion of the spray coating to the bottom material is greatly enhanced by the heat treatment, rendering it impervious to gases and liquids. This substance does not come into direct contact with the oxy-acetylene flame. A powder-feed sand blasting nozzle is located within the center of the flame spray gun. This is surrounded by two ring-shaped nozzle outlets, the inner ring being for air or inert gas, and the outer ring for the thermal energy source, i.e. the oxy-acetylene flame. The element is therefore not melted directly by the flame, but by the heated air and radiation heat. The mobility of flame spraying with powder, e.g. its use on-site, makes it frequently accomplished in its application.
Properties of Coating Powders
When a substance is a flame-sprayed, new and complex material is produced. This is the reason that the quality of the thermal spray gun coating depends upon the quality of the powder. A small variation in the powder can greatly affect the property of the last layer. The particle size distribution in a powder can change the density plus porosity of the coating. Then, Powder meets the best examples of chemical composition, particle shape & size, flow rate & purity.
Applications of Powder Flame Spray Gun
Repairing damaged surfaces.
Temperature/oxidation protection.
Production of functionally graded materials (for either of the above applications).
Industrial Uses
Automotive.
Oil and Gas.
Paper and Printing.
Aerospace.

Wire Flame Spray Gun | Wire Flame Spray Gun in India
From: dustless blasting machine
Wire Flame Spray Gun
A wire flame spray gun is using for the coating process over the surface of the substrate to stop it from rust. The wire flame spray gun process is essentially the spraying of molten metal on the surface substrate to supply a coating. within the wire flame spray gun, the fabric in wire form is melted during a flame of oxygen and acetylene (LPG) then atomized with compressed air to make a fine spray.
Wire Flame Spray Gun
Wire Flame spray gun is that kind of process during which uses an oxy-fuel to melt the wires. After melting the heated metal is then atomized with compressed air to supply a spray stream that applies the coating on the surface implying sprayed. Wire flame spray (coating) may be a applies for spray both ferrous & nonferrous material. Important applications are restoring worn-out components, anti-corrosion coating, and conductivity.
Wire Flame Spray Gun Working
The wire is fed into the front torch of flame spray through an air-driven turbine. Fuel gas like acetylene, LPG, Propane & oxygen is correctly and securely mixed within the siphon plug head assembly which provides a combustible heat source. Generally, proper for all metals and metal alloys in wire form is used for spray coating i.e. nickel-base alloy, Zinc spray gun, chrome steel, Copper, Bronze, Steel, Molybdenum, Aluminum Brass, etc. Standard Wire use for the flame spray gun. The molten spray deposit and solidifies on the element surface to make a dense, strongly adherent coating is proper for Corrosion Protection. The superiority of the wire flame spray process is that the coatings are available for nearly instant use with no drying times and therefore the no risk of damaging the element. Flame spray systems can commonly manually performed, semi-automate, or fully-automate the strategy if required.

Metalizing Gun | Metalizing Gun for Sale in India
From: dustless blasting machine
Metalizing Gun
Metallizing is used to spray metal coatings on fabricated workpieces. The coating metal initially is in wire or powder form. It is fed through a special gun and melted by an oxyfuel gas flame, then atomized by a blast of compressed air. The air and combustion gases transport the atomized molten metal onto a prepared covering, where the coating is formed.
Product Details
Air Pressure-70-100 psi
Form-Wire
Nozzle Size-3.15 mm
Air Inlet-3/8"
Air Consumption-8-9 cfm
Sound Pressure-115 dB
Metalizing Gun
The metalizing gun is widely used in preventing the corrosion of metals. Metal wire or powder is filled at a measured rate into a flame or arc spray gun process and the atomized metal impinges upon the surface being coated and becomes bonded to it. The coating is capable to form protective layers and can also work as a sacrificial anode. That protects the underlying steel or iron resulting in minimum maintenance for years to come. Zinc and Aluminum Wire are the most commonly used. When sprayed on steel, the alloy produces a coating with the best anti-corrosion protection. The metalizing process uses a welding spray gun to enable the welder to place precisely as much or as little weld metal as necessary over any desired surface. Metal deposits as thin as 0.003 in. (0.076 mm) to any desired thickness may be made. The process is versatile, time-saving, and, in some cases, more economical than other welding or repair procedures.
Metalizing Gun Coating Thickness
Cost and service requirements are the basis for determining the practical maximum coating thickness for a particular application, such as building up a worn machine part. Total metalizing cost includes the cost of preparation, oxygen, fuel gas and materials, application time, and finishing operations. If repair costs are too high, it may be more economical to buy a replacement part.
The total thickness for the arc-sprayed coating on shafts is determined by the maximum wear allowance, the minimum coating thickness that must be sprayed, and the amount of stock required for the finishing operation. The minimum thickness that must be sprayed depends on the diameter of the shaft and is given in the table. For press-fit sections, regardless of diameter, a minimum of 0.005 in. (0.127 mm) of coating is required.
Variation in the thickness of the deposit depends on the type of surface preparation used. The thickness of a deposit over a threaded covering varies more than that of a deposit over an abrasive blasted surface, or a smooth shallow prepared by spray bonding. In general, the total variation in thickness that can be expected for routine production spraying with mounted equipment is 0.002 in. (0.051 mm) for deposits from a metalizing wire.
Advantages of Metalizing Gun
It can be operated under extreme temperature conditions.
Pure metals and alloys can be sprayed.
Outer covering roughness not more than 0.05 mm.
Faster and more productive.
Longer lasting than paint.
No cure time or temperature to limit metalizing.

Arc Spray Gun
In the Arc spray gun, two metallic wires are used for the coating of raw materials. The two wires are magnetically charged with reversing polarity and stay fed into the arc spray gun, which controls its speed. When the wires are preferred together at the sand blasting nozzle of the flame spray gun, the opposite charges on the wires create sufficient heat to regularly decrease the design of the wires. Compressed air is applied to atomize the heated material and accelerate it onto the workpiece surface to provide the coating.
Electric Arc Spray Gun Price in India
It uses DC power to strengthen the two conductive wires which are positive and negative. With the assistance of a powder feeder, these energized wires are put into a gun head where both the wires arc opposite each other thus, creating the molten material. Coating done through this gun contains a variable thickness; either are often sprayed at 5 mm the thinnest or at 4 mm the thickest coating. And if more thickness is required then the process needs to repeat or we will say must undergo multiple passes.
Applications and Benefits of Arc Spray Gun
The utmost application of the gun is, it is used for anti-corrosion coatings of zinc and aluminum.

Thermal spray gun property is generally determined by including its porosity, oxide content, macro and micro-hardness, bond durability, and surface hardness. Usually, the coating condition develops with increasing particle velocities. Thermal spray gun Price may be a cost-effective means for improving surface characteristics. We support all popular thermal sprinkle method, with choices to fit your surfacing and everyone other purposes elements – like the dimensions of your run, the size of your part, environmental matters, and portability responsibility.
Thermal spraying is a combination of methods where the raw material is heated and moved as single particles or droplets over a surface. The thermal spray gun creates the specified heat by using ignitable gases or an electric arc spray gun. because the elements are heated, they're converted to an artificial or molten state and are defined and stimulated by a gas stream to the substrate. The particles hit the substrate, smooth, and form small platelets (splats) that follow and cling to the individuality of the treated substrate and to every other. because the sprayed particles touch simultaneous on the surface, they cool and build-up, into a composition making the thermal spray coating.
Thermal Spray Gun Working
Thermal spray gun sprinkle can come up with solid layers(approx. thickness scope is 22 microns to many mm, counting on the method and raw materials), over an outsized area at a high deposition rate as associated with more methods like electroplating, solid and chemical vapor declaration. Blast Room System
The blast room system is used for blasting large components. Each blast room system is made for the specific requirement of each individual customer. Each element of the blast room is balanced with the other elements to ensure that the flow of blasting media, the flow of the product, and the flow of dust are smooth. The blast room is made by joining metal sheet panels. Inside of the blast room system, rubber lining is used to protect the side of the blast room system. Different sizes of rubber linings are used in a blast room as per the customer requirement. As the shape of blasting media varies so that to protect room walls rubber lining is used.
The blast room system contains
Sand blasting machine
Dust collector
Mechanical Recovery system(screw conveyor, bucket elevator, media separator)
Sand Blasting machine is used for surface preparation of parts. A dust collector is used to collecting dust and clean the inside area of blast room the so that the operator can see the parts easily and the room is free from dust. Screw conveyors and bucket elevators are mechanical recovery systems. A screw conveyor is used to collecting the media on the blast room floor and a bucket elevator is used to collect blasting media and refill in the blasting pot. A media separator is used to separate the reused material from the very fine powder. The size of the blast room changes according to the size of the components.
