I want to know how Meursault’s class raises morale. I feel like what we saw of it was an emotional rollercoaster for the people there— he feigned a heart attack. What’s morale boosting about suppressing your desire to engage with something? Maybe the students think Meur’s as funny as we do

I like how Hong Lu says it’s only a hunch but then goes over how to perceive and then interpret tiny signs in people’s behavior. He’s a smart guy!

Good on Heathcliff for the way he’s grown. I think Heath might be the only one Sinclair actually had beef with too

I’m pleasantly surprised by Ishmael’s maturity. She feels like the sort of DM who would railroad the hell out of her players, but here she understood that the students’ choices were more important to their growth than actually completing the module. It might help that she’s firmly in charge rather than having to struggle against other opinions, and the students are obligated to listen to her.

I don’t have much to say about Rodya. Of course she’s teaching them how to hide their feelings

Outis revealing that she would rather talk the information out of someone rather than use physical methods of torture is great. But she still calls it torture because she’s like that. Thank you Odysseus
