Tom Hiddleston - Year 2018 - Review and Highlights

Despite Tom spending most part of 2018 off the grid, we did get some very memorable moments this year. So, here’s looking back at some of the good ones.

Promotions and Premieres of two of his movie releases this year: ‘Early Man’ in January, and 'Avengers - Infinity War’ in April.

Three Comic Con Appearances: Ace Comic Con Seattle in June, Chicago in October, and Tokyo Comic Con from November 30 to December 02.

Charity events, specifically concerning children’s health.

Supporting a number of causes including: Royal Marsden Cancer Charity Trust, Times Up movement to support women in workforce, BAFTA Breakthrough Brits to support the new generation of creative talents. He was also there to support the stage debut of his 'Early Man’ co-star - Maisie Williams. Tom’s debut movie ( in a lead role ) 'Unrelated’ ( 2007 ) was also rescreened this year, where he got to reunite with the cast after eleven years.

He also did some stage performances this year: for a debate event of Dickens vs Tolstoy, for Harold Pinter Charity, and reading in the event of Dead Poets Live. Tom also appeared on JW3 Speaker Series, to talk about acting and creative art, including his own experiences in this regard.

Next, his outfits and physical appearance this year:

Tom in suits -

Tom in his most beloved outfit - Blue jumper, along with jeans and boots ( with a slight colour variations in both ) and glasses.

2018 will also be known for Tom’s beard and his GLORIOUS, long, curly hair -

Now, the most important date of this year which shook up the whole fandom: November 09, 2018, when Tom sent out a tweet after 20 darn long months!!! ( Also same post on his IG )

And few days later, he sent out a second tweet, to announce his upcoming theatre performance as Robert, in the Harold Pinter play - 'Betrayal’, which is to be performed in 2019.

Lastly, Tom’s surprise performance, singing the Hank Williams song 'Move It On Over’, during Rodney Crowell’s concert at Nell’s Jazz and Blues on July 26, in London.
