Even better was the fact that she just kept trying to escape her captivity even after seeing the Ghouls ‘beat up’ Malik and Jonouchi. From the tower of boxes to letting Mokuba escape while she dropped from several feet of height… All coming from the woman who drew a 😊 on people’s hands as a sign of friendship;;

PLEASE, I have only started watching Yu-Gi-Oh recently and am currently in the 50s for Episodes watched but I can confidently say that, Mai is such a Queen 🙏

Her words, growth and kindness makes her shine so much and I would not want her any other way.

The hearts of these two are in the same place of tricking people to get what they want, but Kazuki learnt to not be as extreme because he has friends. Love their interactions a lot, especially when Kazuki jumped in to throw Sonoda into the lake.
