Unfortunately Adrian has gotten the most attention and often the tags are flooded with posts about him. Honestly i dont have anything against his character but other characters including Harcourt often get overlooked that it gets frustrating sometimes

well sorry but i think most were more worried abouT THE DYING WOMAN ON THE GROUND????? like he was shot in the hip, he’s fine and was able to walk, chill tf out.

harcourt was literally dying, she was shot twice in two detrimental area’s obviously they’re going to run to her first. that just always made me so pissed about how this fandom turns other characters big moments into adrian’s moment.

One thing I really loved about Peacemaker is how they showed Emilia (Harcourt) going through physical therapy.

Because I genuinely can’t remember seeing that in other movies or shows about characters that are kinda superhero’s? Not really but yes they are?

Anyways

I just- it really made it real with the fact that these people are human. They get hurt and they don’t just get back up. They have to heal and depending on how hurt they are it can be a long and fucking painful process. And some might see it as weakness

But seeing her do that made my heart squeeze in the best way because it’s like she’s human!! She gets hurt and she doesn’t get back up right away but that doesn’t mean she stops trying!! She works and keeps working to heal! She isn’t invincible and we see that but we also see how she isn’t weak.

And the fact that it’s a female character? And said female character is shown as incredible strong and fearless and just an overall badass? But that she can get hurt still because she’s human

harcourt is the last one to raise the bottle... it's already established she uses alcohol to cope in s1, does this imply she's recovering come s2?

does anyone on the team (aside from chris) know about her struggles with alcohol? can they smell it on her breath every morning? if she was working on recovering, would she have even told them in the first place, or would she have kept it to herself because admitting she struggled is a sign of weakness?
