You can’t bring back a much missed character, rebuild what he had with another favourite character, and then just take it all away again.

Why do they write Ian as if he doesn’t know how to speak? There were so many opportunities for a nice heart to heart with Mickey but they wrote… Nothing. Disappointing.

The ending was pretty shitty I admit and this may be an unpopular opinion, but I am happy for Mickey and I am happy he and Ian ended, Now don’t get me wrong, there was a time I shipped Gallavich but honestly I want Mickey to experience relationships and things with other people like Ian did. I never saw it as fair Ian gets to have a fresh start with a new boyfriend and a nice job but Mickey never did. Ian gets to get out more and actually experience life without Mickey but Mickey never has experienced life without Ian so let him. Let Mickey live in Mexico, let him go on dates, let him find a nice job, let him be taught how to swim, let him go to the beach every day, let him fall in love with an amazing guy who isn’t Ian and marry him one day,let Mickey think about himself for once and have a new beginning. Just because Mickey loves Ian doesn’t mean he will end up with him or that he will have a life with him and that’s okay. Let him do this, Let him live without Ian even if it’s temporarily let him do this for himself just this once..

As bad as this may sound, I can’t say I can blame Ian for cheating on Trevor (Are they even actually a couple???) Like no one deserves to be cheated on but after rewatching the eps with Trevor in it he never seems to really take in how Ian feels about anything-like Monica telling him “ she apologized get over it” reminded me of when Caleb told him to just ‘push pass’ being bipolar. I think Mickey is the only one who actually understands Ian and if he was there when Monica walked up I doubt he would of just told Ian to get over it and ignore how he feels.. Mickey at least tried to understand how Ian feels while Trevor and Caleb never did or at least it never showed they did.
