I think one of the truly sickening things about all of this is the victim expressed just wanting a genuine apology from him. And instead she got a PR friendly Twitter post about how he doesn’t think he deserves to be drafted and he’s going to work on himself and then what do ya know he gets drafted in the first round. And a shit ton of pick me men defending his actions in a system that will never impose actual consequences for him.

I feel awful for her, and I hope she heals.
