New beginning.
Hey guys, so I know I haven't been active at all. I've been wallowing because I'm depressed...Actually do you know what I'm not making that a excuse. The reason I'm doing this post is to explain what's happening from now on. . So I'm done making excuses, I'm done being this fat, piggy cow I am. I'm not letting my hunger win. I'm not. Mia is out the window. Ana is though the door. I don't promote anything but Ana is my best friend, I've listened to mia far too long. I need to read sweatspo, meanspo. Look at thinspo and bonespo. I will do these. I will be more active, I give my word on that. . I'm making a new diet plan, sleep patten, exercise plan and even making a *Ana butterfly box/journal. If you would like to team up then just message me but other than that I'm alone in this. Drugs are staying but the munchies is out the window. Soda is my friend (Diet, occasionally not.) And so is water. . Key: *Ana box and butterfly journal = A box filled with distracting things from food and a journal can be filled with quotes, thinspo, tips and tricks etc.

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been active. I've been super lazy and I stayed up for 60 hours of no sleep because I felt the need to punish myself. Weigh day tomorrow and later I'm tidying my room so I can do a workout. I plan to be more active on this account too.
