New Project: Recreating Star Wars LARP Hotel Drinks

Cloud of Bespin:

Our new thing is reverse engineering cocktails from the Star Wars LARP hotel because we’re t o o p o o r to go :) This is our first attempt (and also our first shot at making foam!) and it came out pretty well!

Apple Cider Whiskey Punch:

Made this one for family holidays with local apple cider, ginger beer, lemon, orange, honeycrisp apples, and bourbon

Pretty solid but a little less flavor than I expected

Made specially with flat champagne and in K’s case blue curacao because we ran out of the correct orange liqueur

Gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, topped with champagne (basically a lavender french 75, basically the same recipe was on the syrup we bought). It fully fucking slaps (as does midnights)

Does taste like a sour patch kid, can definitely taste the artificial sweetener, and honestly I would feel better if it was dyed bright blue
