How much do you know about the vulnerability of LGBTQ youth when it comes to human trafficking? Head to our ‘Learn’ story highlight or IG story to learn more through our interactive quiz. The first step is knowing, because when you know, you grow. 〰️ LGBTQ identifying youth are 3-7 times more likely to engage in survival sex to meet basic needs — like shelter, food, drugs and toiletries (according to the Trafficking Resource Center). With June being pride month, we think it’s important to see how we can play a part in protecting and ending the exploitation of this vulnerable youth population. This year, for the first time we partnered with @youthsparkinc to help fund their Youth Services Center that offers program tracks for LGBTQ youth in Atlanta, Georgia.
