Im back with more The Dreamer: REWRITTEN

Prologue: 1

Toy Freddy found himself entering through the door furthest down the hall to Goldie’s room.

Goldie was ready to take a bite from a freshly reheated pizza slice when his door opened. And on the other side was our lovable ochre bear, Toy Freddy.

Toy Freddy: Uh… Hello.. Goldie..?

Goldie: Oh. Toy Fred I- I wasn’t expecting company at..

He looked at the clock in his room.

Goldie:.. 7…25 damn I’m lonely as hell.

Toy Freddy: I’m not here for small talk..

Goldie blinked back by Toy Freddy’s rather monotone interruption.

Toy Freddy: I’m a little exhausted after today’s work.. is it okay if I spend the night here…?

Goldie: Oh- uh… sure. But… you say you’re tired… even that shouldn’t make you look so.. dead..

Toy Freddy’s eyes darkened as he blankly stared at the floor..

Goldie: Is everything okay…?

Toy Freddy:…

The toy bear walked over to Goldie’s bed… silently tucking himself into Goldie’s blanket…

Toy Freddy: I don’t really think it’s important to say… can I.. just be alone for a moment..?

Goldie: Okay.. I’ll be in the kitchen if you.. need me.

Goldie slowly closed the door.. his eyes narrowed with unease…

Goldie: Something feels off… but.. what exactly..?

Toy Freddy curled in against his blanket… his breaths heavied as a set of many voiced jumbled in his head…

The sounds of desperate pleads, hatful yells, berates…

The very words that opened his eyes were..

“Run.”

His gaze straightened as he sat up in bed..

Toy Freddy: Geez… that felt.. weird… good thing it was just a-

Splat-!!

A warm drop of black spat onto Toy Freddy’s hand..

Toy Freddy: Ew… what is this..?

He held up his hand to see another drop beside his bed…

?: Ooh….. what do we have here….

Toy Freddy: Huh- *Gasp-!* uh…

His eyes widened as he was stared down by a beast… with bleeding stitched wounds and tears within his scarlet skin.. a pair of eyes that pattern black and white.. with a dot of red in the center…

Upon hearing his voice… it sounded like a distorted version of the King’s Fox…

But yes, if you rearrange scenes like this and edit them you can create dynamics you didn’t know could’ve existed or needed to be made for someone.

So.. the Dream is Officially going to be a written story.. No more comic..

I’m very sorry.

But to make it up to ya’ll I’m going to post the rewritten version here from the very beginning to the very end..

Part one of the Dreamer(REWRITTEN)

The Dreamer Chapter 0:

Toy Freddy: (narrating) In every story written in the world… there’s a protagonist.. an Antagonist.. and The villain of the story… but…

what exactly am I…?

To be frank with you I haven’t a clue….

Only made to be saved one time… and even then I wasn’t acknowledged…

He makes me out to be weak.. to be needy..

They all see me as nothing more than fragile glass… to the point I must be cautious my whole life… if not.. I’m in the way of my own life…

That was..

until it happened…

Um….. yeah…. I got a little too caught up in @dreyaslays and the Demon Slayer Au…

Sorry again for being some hopes up. But I’m slowly losing motivation to even continue the Dreamer….

I might write out the rest of the story like a book to not keep you all in the dark about what I wanted to make of this story..

So… there may be no comic anymore. But there will still be a story.

Episode one: part four.

Muichiro was still looking around, admiring the different stalls and decorations in the road they were walking through. He was excited to see more, and he held onto Yuichiro’s arm tightly. They looked through the Malaysian Road, Kazakhstan Road, and the Tajikistan Road.. exploring many different cultural arts and foods… They eventually came across the Chinese Road, which was filled with many beautiful lanterns, various fabrics, and trinkets.

Muichiro: Ooh! I wanna look at the lanterns!

Yuichiro: Race you there Mui!! 

Yuichiro was getting to like being here. He had forgotten they needed time head home.. 

Yuichiro: Last one there’s bad rice!!

Muichiro’s eyes lit up at the challenge and immediately took off towards the lanterns, shouting.

Muichiro: No fair, you got a head start!

Muichiro and Yuichiro made to the lanterns at the same time. But Yuichiro likes to be the winner so..

Muichiro panted, having just barely beat Yuichiro. He smirked up at his brother, proud that he had won the race.

Muichiro: Ha! I won!

Yuichiro: Go again! we go again!

Muichiro: What?! No! I won fair and square!

He protested, sticking his tongue out at Yuichiro.

Yuichiro: Fine fine… 

They looked up at the lanterns.. the red colliding with the golden flames made them seem ethereal.. Muichiro looked at the lanterns in awe, his eyes sparkling as he looked at them. He reached up to touch one, wanting to feel how soft the fabric was.

Merchant: Oh kid-! I wouldn’t touch those if I were you. These are very hot from holding the flames for hours.

Muichiro quickly pulled his hand back, looking sheepish.

Muichiro: Oh- right… I didn’t think of that… he chuckled awkwardly.

Merchant: would you two like to buy one..? 

She held out two lanterns that flew like balloons attached to strings..

Muichiro’s eyes widened as he looked at the lanterns in the woman’s hands. He turned to Yuichiro, silently asking if they could get them.

Yuichiro: Yes let’s do it!

Muichiro’s eyes sparkled with excitement and he quickly handed the merchant some money. The woman smiled and handed them the two lanterns, wishing them a good day.

Yuichiro: Alright. Now we REALLY have to go now. 

Muichiro: I knowww… but I’m not letting go of this lantern~!

He said, hugging the lantern close to his chest.

Yuichiro: Doesn’t that burn a little?

Muichiro: I don’t care, I want to hold it!!
