Me? Flatter you? Not at all. I hope so! I think after hitting 30, it's made me realise a little more how much I'd like to find my person. But I also keep people at arm's length too long and they find somebody else. Not ideal.

I would hope so. It would be embarrassing if I didn't! As long as it has a nice French onion soup and escargots, I am a happy Frenchman.

I think if anyone knows authentic French food, it's you. I trust your judgement.

De rien. Birthdays are always better when you're working in a fun environment, because they'll make it actually feel like a special day. It is the best year, all the coolest people are born then. Most importantly us. There are always more things for me to do, I hope the list is never fully completed, because I keep adding new exciting ideas.

I may not be fluent in French but I did understand that. Merci beaucoup. I did. I was filming the Voice but they surprised me a couple of times. Ah, so you're from 1993 too then? It's the best year. That's one way to look at it. Is there still a lot on your list of things to do? It's not so bad as people made it out to be.

Its so fun isn't it? Not only is it just a really nice thing to do but seeing the smiles on their faces, knowing that your kind words put it there makes me feel even better about myself. Oh same. I cannot take a compliment but I love giving them. Right, it would be so much fun! I'm doing good. Well, better than good. Just recently traveled to London to hang out with someone and I've finalized my move to LA. Now, I'm just relaxing and decorating our place for my birthday party. Oh and I've met someone.

I will, I will! He says and takes 3 years to start an episode. Once I do, though, you'll be hearing all about it! I'll be insufferable!

Well, you should definitely watch it. And I'm not just saying that because I'm in it, I'm saying it because it's a genuinely fun and exciting show. I'd be a fan if I wasn't in it.

I can just about remember if I learnt something in English or French, and I learnt this fact in English, but that is all I have. Since I am in the US anyway, I am going to try to see as many people as I can before heading back to Europe, but Munich will probably be my first destination when I do! I will let you know closer to the time. Perhaps we can go out for a meal whilst I'm there, too, or something. Whatever you like.

I know what you mean. I hear things and then can't remember where I heard it but I know it was somewhere. I am glad to hear that you have had a good week. Oh, I am sure you can. As for coming to see me play, that would be great. That is where I will be, unless I am on international duty. Then I will be in London...or wherever we may be playing.

I have encountered plenty of supposedly dangerous breeds who are the sweetest dogs in the world, and vice versa. A well behaved dog is the sign of a good, firm owner. It's alright, I know it's a lot of pressure, knowing I was there watching. I'll try to make another game in the coming weeks, and hope that I'm not a bad luck omen.

Yeah, absolutely. Some of it is instinctual for the breed, but most behaviors come from conditioning. Still, we got the three best dogs and they are Sterling's best friend. It's so cute to witness. Thanks for coming out, man. Sorry that we didn't get a win.

Bon anniversaire! Belatedly, mon ami. I hope you had an amazing time. I turned 30 a few months ago, and had very mixed feelings about it. It's like a crossroads between all the things you have done, and all those you've yet to do. A bizarre, but ultimately refreshing feeling.

People keep asking me how it feels to turn thirty? I don't really know. Part of me feels the same, not a big deal. The other part thinks that it's all downhill from here. Feels like it was only yesterday that I got put into this band that changed my life. And now thirteen years have passed and I got this great solo career. Crazy to think about it. But besides that, today will be a good day. Might've gotten myself a little treat to start celebrating already.

i will never get over the amount of entitlement some people have. i had to get a car towed because they were blocking part of my driveway and i couldn't get in. now they're pissed off at me. psa to all drivers, don't park on private property, but damn sure don't block a private driveway. @cityofdreamsstarters

Merci, mademoiselle. High compliments! I confess I have not yet watched the show, but I hear it is very good! Although sometimes you can give a better performance if you go into it not knowing the context of it all.

I think you can pull it off! We're always travelling all over the world in that show, you never know who we're going to come across.

You could have said no! That's the beauty and the curse of tattoos, they are there forever. Unless you have painful surgery to remove them, of course. I do! I have plenty. Not quite as many as you, but perhaps one day. My body is a canvas, a reflection of my soul.

Definitely that Late Late Show tattoo. I hate that I still have the on me, but that's what I get for getting involved with James's antics. You have tattoos, too, right?

Thank goodness, because company is always more fun when they went to be there. Any preference on food? Perhaps we find an authentic French restaurant?

I don't think I'll have a reason to be escaping, but we love to see it - prepped and ready.

I have no memory of where I heard it, perhaps on a TV show or something like that. But it is interesting. I know of some French players who play for ex-colony countries as they have ancestry there, and vice versa. My week has been good! I've been enjoying the last days of summer around the US, and intend to stay for a while, if I can. The perks of not having a crazy schedule. When I am back in Europe, though, I would love to visit Munich and watch you play!

It can happen like that some times. I didn't know about the England players trying to get on the Irish team though. It is interesting how it works like that. How has your week been so far?

I am open to the idea! Hmm, the foreigner must always be the villain, non? I joke, of course, I would love to play a villain. I can totally be scary and menacing.

Okay, real talk: would you ever consider doing a Netflix show? I'm not saying OBX could be shaken up with a cool French villain, but I'm not not saying that. Also, I'm sure you are very lovely and seem very nice, but since OBX is all about treasure hunting I think you'd make a very cool treasure hunting French villain. @dreamymaxence
