Sam: Got that right, I had to make a extra lake when Tommy turned into a water hybrid and forgot.

Ranboo: Don't worry Tommy will wake up soon, trust me. Also don't say anything when he does, he gets clingy so hush!

Here's an explanation on my C!Tommy headcannon! Maybe a couple actually.

#1.) Tommy was born from a warm void of nothing, he isn't a civilian of L'manburg, he came out of nowhere, no one ever asked how he got there or who dropped him off here. No one ever batted an eye. That being said, back to the warm void.

Tommy was raised from the ages 0-6½ (6 and a half) in the void, his human vessel adjusting into an unnatural surrounding.

Tommy was able to beg, begging was all he ever did in the void. If he wasn't begging he was sleeping, he wanted to see the outside world. He wanted to feel the air and winter snow. He wanted to be normal.

#2.) Tommy is a mild shape shifter; He can shift into half of what he desires like half a cat, a horse, a duck ect. When it comes to shifting into a certain deaged form he needs to be careful. One, no one needs to know he can shape shift. Two, Wilbur and Quackity. Easy trip to manipulation mountains. Three, it's embarrassing to be seen younger again.

Lastly 3.) The explanation of his skin. It's really simple, Tommy can warm his skin to any temperature he wants. As long as there's blood flowing through him he can make his skin as hot or cold as he wishes.

No one he's ever touch understands why but the people he trusts do. They know.
