okay so i'm the anon and can i talk about this ask for a second? first off i'm such a scaredy cat when it comes to water levels in every game no matter how familiar i am with the game. also between the shark and her lair i still do NOT have a good time (i think also the water pulsing effect does something to me). super thankful that you can skip this world but then i end up doing it anyways and being upset the whole time bc i feel guilty??? lol. ANYWAYS- so i have spent this whole time, since kh1 released, believing this was a thing. it's not that i didn't believe your post (which BTW thank you so much for indulging my ask it's so nice of you and i love your gifs!) but i had to go on youtube and find videos old enough not to be final mix bc i was CONVINCED this was a real thing. also like final mix would take that feature out?? hard copium lol my theory is that bc heartless spawn here i must have gotten hit by a search ghost or something, and bc i usually do this part with my eyes closed, was near the bottom by these thought one of these things bit me?? i also had no idea there was a save room here bc i run thru so fast that it wasn't until i was doing the ultimate keyblade that i learned of the same point and chest. i love that they mildly track sora's direction it's a really cool little touch. this area is so creepy and i hate it /affectionate but again thank you so much! gif makers are everything and it's so nice that you take any requests. hope you're doing well!!

I don't think such a thing is possible but I opened up my game just to make sure. They don't react at all to Sora, even when provoked by hitting them or using magic (sorry guys had to test it for science)
