Why Not Try Hip Hop Or Ballet Dance?

Many people who have never tried dancing decide to take dance lessons because they think that they are too old for it. That's not true, and many adults feel the same way. Children should not feel too old or embarrassed to try it.

I often take dance lessons when I am at Lakewood for summer camp. I'm always eager to get out of the house, and the first dance I ever danced was at Lakewood.

I started my dance lessons at age three, and I was thrilled at the idea of dancing with all of the other kids. It felt good to be on the floor, and it really got me excited.

The next thing I remember is that I couldn't stand standing, and that's when the second lesson started. I remember being asked to stand in front of someone and start doing some fancy steps. After that, I didn't move. I was fascinated by what I was doing, and I loved feeling like I was dancing.

Now when I'm at my best friend's house, my mom doesn't even know I'm taking dance lessons. It's one of those things that people take for granted.

It's amazing to me how many kids grow up and feel that way, and that they are too old for dance. I don't want that to happen to my daughter, and I'm so grateful for the fact that she loves to dance. I really believe that dance is a great way to get exercise, and it's something that you can do all year round.

Kids should never feel too old for dance lessons. It doesn't matter how old they are. Whether you're four or eighty, you should be able to take dance lessons and enjoy yourself.

Dancing is an amazing experience, and I'm very proud of my daughter for loving it so much. I encourage all kids to join a dance studio and find out for themselves what all the hype is about.
