I recently knit this cotton top for my sister’s birthday. The pattern is the ‘Ocean Waves Shell’ by Katharine Hunt—I made some detail changes that I thought my sister would prefer. Best of all: it fits! 😅

Current WIP, Brighton Tee by Cheryl Mokhtari. The yarn is a cotton/linen I was originally using in a crochet top I left dormant for too long and forgot where I was at in the pattern (then decided I didn't really like the pattern after all), and then considered weaving into some really luxurious towels. But now it's this!

Finally finished my Coloring Book Tee! I'm in loooooove with how it turned out. Definitely gonna make another one in the future.

Pattern is the Coloring Book Tee by Aimee Sher

Yarn is Purl Soho's Linen Quill in the colors Grasshopper Green (main color) and Clover Green (Contrast Color)

I was working off gauge so I messed around with stitch count a bit.

I Cast on a size F for a looser fit.

I also Cast on the neckline stitches first and knit the ribbing instead of going back and picking up the neckline afterward.

Did six extra rounds of increases in the Compound Raglan Section 3 in order to get the oversized fit that I wanted.

Cast on the amount of underarm stitches stated for the size G

I omitted the side detail going down the body of the shirt and just did regular stockinette all the way around.

My CC stripes ended up being 22 rows each and my MC stripe ended up being 9 rows.

I did 1 inch of half-twisted rib for both the collar and the sleeve ribbing. I did 1.5 inches of half-twisted rib for the bottom hem.
