A sudden, terrifying thought
When you see an animal with its eyes set to the front, like wolves, or humans, that’s usually a predator animal.
If you see an animal with its eyes set farther back, though—to the side—that animal is prey.
Now look at this dragon.
See those eyes?
They’re to the SIDE.
This raises an interesting—and terrifying—question.
What in the name of Lovecraft led evolution to consider DRAGONS…
As PREY?

High time for another Dragon, don’t you think? One of my all time favorites from the bunch of concepts I got to do for the Spyro Reignited Trilogy was Devlin! He’s a big earnest marshmallow and he baked a magical, continuity-bending cake for the occasion :D

i love that every pokémon is someone’s favourite pokémon. it doesn’t matter how much you dislike a pokémon or how forgettable you you think a design is, out there is someone who thinks it’s their baby. my coworker who only discovered pokémon through pokémon go absolutely loves tangela and has a small army of fully powered up ones. at an expo once i saw a woman at a booth desperately trying to find an onix plushie because it was her daughter’s absolute favourite. i talked with someone recently who announced sudowoodo as their tippy top favourite. every single one is loved by someone and idk, i think that’s gotdang heartwarming

Alternative to the tired old wizard-with-a-sugar-daddy interpretation of the patron/warlock relationship in Dungeons & Dragons:
Clueless boss and long-suffering employee, whose powers are basically the magical equivalent of pilfering office supplies for personal use
Scheming master and duplicitous apprentice who are totally open about their loathing for each other and are keen to see who betrays whom first
Bureaucratic devil and soul-peddling diabolist with a contract a mile long, each honestly believing they’re getting the better of the other
Glowering quartermaster and loose-cannon operative, whose record for getting results just barely justifies the expense of employing them
Indifferent parent who pays their estranged offspring’s allowance like clockwork but otherwise prefers to deal with them as little as possible
Vast, slumbering god-monster and amoral parabiologist who knows which spots to poke with a stick to provoke particular autonomic responses

i love this really obscure anime called Zoids and it’s like one of the only mecha anime i legitimately love because all the robots are animals.
now i’m in a zoids rp and this gal here’s named mithril. her design’s meant to be a bit more organic than other organoids (fanon or otherwise). i used to draw mithril all the time waaaay back when, aaaaa, it’s so nice to revisit her EDIT: some minor anatomical tweaks and splashed a bit more white on her to break up the gold a little EDIT2: okay last edits i swear

@khadjin-fr A CACTUS TOWN. I wanted to draw so many different forms of cactus but I settled on this cause it’s sort of what’s in the site art. Also holy background batman I drew scenery. God perspective is hard.
Also featuring Ziggy my electrician boyo
