Update:
Guysss. It’s been a minute since I posted. I got fucking sick again!! Not the stomach flu this time. I was really anxious while I was sick because I wasn’t able to walk on the treadmill at all but I weighed myself after I felt better and I lost 4 pounds while I was sick!!!
I’ve been feeling somewhat back to normal this week and have been able to walk on the treadmill. I weighed myself this morning and I’ve lost 2 more pounds I’m so so happy.
I’m finally starting to see some results and feel like I look smaller in the mirror. A couple weeks ago I bought a new pair of jeans because my old ones were too big and now the new pair I just bought are low key too big. Ahhhhhh. I’m officially lost 25 pounds this year majority of it from the last 2 months

Guys I went on a trip for a week with my friends and I feel like I lost so much of the discipline I had before the trip. It’s been so hard this week to restrict and get my long walks in on the treadmill.
I walked on the treadmill today though and hit my 10k steps but 2:30pm so I’m at least trying to get back into the groove. Hopefully I can fall back into it because I was seeing real results before the trip.

Guys I’ve lost another 2 pounds in a little under a week ahhhhh. I’m so happy I’m finally making progress and getting the ball rolling. Just gotta keep up going for my long walks on the treadmill and only having my one small meal.

I don’t know if anyone else can relate to this but for me with calorie restriction and dieting it’ll be the biggest struggle for me to control myself and stay within my calorie limit but then one day it’s like a switch gets flipped and suddenly getting myself to exercise is easy, burning a ton of calories is easy, only having one meal is easy. The last week or two this has all been so much easier for me and I don’t really know why and I hope I’m not jinxing it but I’m curious if anyone else can relate bc it’s so weird.
