SIMS 4 MONOCHROME KITCHEN DINER

Are you looking for a SIMS 4 modern kitchen diner, then look no further.  It is on my gallery DottyDot89. 

The kitchen has a central T shaped central aisle including seating area and sink unit.  This kitchen has all the modern conveniences you would want including a dishwasher, microwave etc.

On one wall there is a a sofa area for sitting and relaxing whilst talking to the chef and a radio to keep that chilled and modern vibe to the modern cook.  Enjoy :)

POSH PAWS VETS PRACTICE

Do you fancy a SIMS 4 vets practice?  Please pop along to my gallery Podot89 and download Posh Paws Vets Practice. 

We have x3 consulting rooms, research lab and operating theatre.  There is also a secure outdoor section for dogs staying overnight for ‘walkies’, boarding kennels and a cattery.  The layout provides a back corridor for staff to move from consulting rooms to the theatre, lab etc and of course a staff room. 

Upstairs we have x2 on-call bedrooms for vets etc with a kitchen, dining and lounge area.  Finally an office for the boss and the administrator.  Enjoy :)

If you wish to download any of my builds.  It is also best to pop on the cheat bb.moveobjects on.  This will ensure that all items I have added extra items to, you will be able to see and interact with them.

Do this cheat before you place the house into the lot.

You can do this by pressing SHIFT +CTRL + C

then type “bb.moveobjects on”

Press return.

All done.

I normally always turn off the cheat and test the build with a sim, but every now and again I may forget. :)
