One of my favorite things about Ranma 1/2 is that yeah they’re in love and are going to get married but they’re also just like besties. They get in fights but they are just straight up best friends. They hang out all the time together, not even just in a school context but they also go out together. Get yourself a best friend before a boyfriend/girlfriend people, then kiss them

I'm happy that Ranma 1/2 Remake is adapted well so far. It's been one of my favourite manga for years. I really hope it adapts the rest of the manga, unlike the original anime. Ranma's struggles and issues become more apparent once they start going into his family dynamic.

Whether trans or not, Ranma struggles with his gender, how he is, versus what his parents expect from him: A manly man who doesn't get emotional. It's due to this that he struggles initially with expressing attachment to his female side and body, despite what is clear to others like Akane.

Ranma Saotome is a really interesting character in the full picture of the manga, unlike what I see discussed often by most. I'm really excited to see how the rest of the Ranma Remake anime goes with its adaption, it's so good so far!
