How was reading House of Leaves? It's such a visual masterpiece I'm curious if it's too difficult to read coherently :o!

It did absolutely get tricky in places, but honestly my brain kind of runs in all directions anyway, so I started having fun piecing the different aspects together! :D But most of the book isn't really like that, unless checking footnotes is your mortal enemy (they are for me sometimes but I made do xD)

Honestly it was so so worth it. Some parts are a complete mess but compliment the story so well, I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience!
