When the body collapsed in front of him, Lovino crumpled to the floor, holding him close. He started to shake, feeling his brother's blood on his hands, the wound pumping out the scarlet liquid. He looked up at the one who had shot him, eyes burning with hatred.
"I bet you're regretting only bringing one bullet."

Lovino held his brother for a long time, until long after the body had gone cold, and the blood had stopped pouring. He dug a grave, right there, and buried him, marking the place with a handmade cross. For days he refused to leave the spot, sleeping on the cold ground beside him.
"...You idiot..." He whispered, "...It should have been me..."
