New plan is on work days I have coffee and an oat bar for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, and dinner under 1000cal but I also need at least 100g protein per day. Also I found out my cholesterol is high so cutting back on fried food and beef. Watching itzyโ€™s comeback makes me want that super slim type body ahhh so gonna try my best. And also Iโ€™m only gonna drink alcohol 1 day a month but Iโ€™m allowed as much as I want. Okay rant over ๐Ÿ˜…
