watching TWD is the best help ive gotten while fasting or restricting bc not only does it keep me entertained and occupied for a few hours, I also get really disgusted by some zombies (no more appetite!!) (or they can even be th|n$p0) and I can just spend the rest of the day imagining im tryna survive the apocalypse with very low rations makes my ed fun as hell
