Dear Dad
Dear Dad,
I regret not talking more in the last few moments, you were busy with work and so was I. When you fell on April 2, 2018, I lost it. You were my best friend, we talked about movies all the time. Even politics from time to time. Even though you knew I didn't like it very much. :-) I don't know what I'm going to do without you dad. Everything went okay my sister is looking out for you, we all are. You had many friends at your party, you were loved by so many. Last night I deleted you from my contacts, because the phone that you had was your work phone, and I wouldn't be able to call it to hear your voice. I will do my best to make proud, I will even try to write the book I always told you I wanted to write. I was a daddy's boy, even in the darkest times I still fought for you. That is why I came to see you before my back operation in 1998. As I write this open letter to you I wish you were here, I hope you didn't feel any of the pain when you fell. I will love you always! If God gives me children, I will tell them about you, and when I celebrate my 40th birthday, I know you will be in my heart. Life is never fair, but it is never meant to be. There always are challenges around the corner. I will face mine with the utmost dignity that I can. I love you, daddy, with all my heart.
Your Son, Donald Spencer Kirby

What does it mean to me when people pour their hearts out? The Lord is always with us no matter what we do, or say. Sarah Reeves has a song about the struggle of finding one another in the darkest times. Feel the Waters is a fantastic song as well as video. For someone to be so vulnerable and share their own struggle so that they do not feel alone or isolated is very selfless. Why am I writing this because the other night got the chance to meet Sarah for the second time? I also got the chance to meet her husband Philip as well. She has new music coming out very soon. :-)! Till Next Time.

Sadie Robertson
Sadie Robertson writes excellent books. She writes them from a place of pure love, Sadie wants to see everyone following Jesus. I have read all of her books as of last night, ending with her book that just came out this month. I really enjoyed Fearless, it was an eye-opener. Yes, she writes for new believers/teenagers, but they can apply to everyone including myself. We all have dreams, and if we trust in Jesus and, if we do it from a godly point of view anything is possible. I saw her during the 2017 Winter Jam tour, it was a blast. I hope to meet her one day, shoot I would love to meet her whole family. I LOVED Duck Dynasty :-). In conclusion, Sadie wants to bring everyone to Jesus Christ.
