The broken doll sat up, a shower of dust and loose straw tumbling at the jerky motion. Dust? Oh dear. What was going on? Everything looked so abandoned- so filthy.

Drossel rose to his feet, unaware of the gash in his skull, continuously pouring dry straw and skittering termites. Had he been sleeping? No, certainly not. He did not sleep- he had not slept in a long time. So why did it feel as though he had lost track of time?

He tried to recall the moment before time got away from him, but it came in brief flashes, lightning-quick behind his glass eyes. The girl, the ring, the axe...

He staggered out of the manor, into the cobweb-covered antique shop. What a state it was in. He needed to fix this. If his master saw this, he would be mortified!

The doll retrieved a broom, beginning to sweep away the film of dust. The more he swept, however, the more he noticed the straw never seemed to go away no matter how much he tried. He didn't understand that it kept tumbling from his broken skull, readily replacing the mess as he tried again and again to clear it away.

He also didn't notice the bell tinkling above the door.

I keep wanting to restart this blog especially as my writing skills are immensely better now (being a decade older than when I started helps) but I don't even know if there are still kuroshitsuji rp blogs out there and active.

Welcome

This blog is now home to the snake pit! We're open for all sorts of asks, submissions, RPing and we'll occasionally post something of our own as well!

We're used to talking using Snake as a translator. He is a nice young man whom met all of us on his travels. he takes good care of us, but is a bit clumsy when it comes to human contact.

Meet the snakes:

Wordsworth - Old man Wordsworth has been with Snake the longest, and acts as the leader of the group. He is very wise. He is most likely a corn snake, though we're never sure.

Webster - Webster is a viper. Don't worry though, he is quite timid and polite, despite acting al tough and cool. He comes from Queimada Island.

Keats - Keats is an albino (gopher?) snake. His sense of direction is flawless and he often acts as a guide. He is also very sociable.

Wilde - Wilde is our young, albeit big boy and acts very sincere. He very much looks up to Wordsworth.

Oscar - Oscar is our cheeky green ratsnake. He acts quite the charmer but has quite the attitude as well.

Donne/Dan - Our little worm usually can be found on Snake's ear. He is a little self-conscious and lacks confidence at times, but he is as hardworking as the rest of us.

Goethe - Our partially albino corn snake is a child at heart and ever so friendly. Goethe actually likes to chat and cuddle.

Bronte - Bronte is a bit shy and doesn't interact with humans much.

Emily - And of course I can't forget myself. I'm a lovely red milk snake. The others tend to say I can be bossy, but what do you expect when I'm the sole lady in the main pit of snakes? Someone has to keep these rowdy boys in check.

All in all, we look forward to interacting with you, and help make Snake a little more sociable towards the world around him!
