Love and Reviews of Albums and Music
So I have started a separate blog just for reviewing albums and concerts and talking about music and whatnot. There's not much on it right now but please check it out, I plan to update a bunch! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Wakarusa! This will be my first year to go. I went to Bonnaroo 4 years in a row but didn't care much for the lineup last year so I hit up Counterpoint and was blown away by how much better I liked a smaller festival. So Me and my beautiful girlfriend are going to try Waka this year, I keep hearing such good things. Can't wait for Portugal. The Man, STS9, Big Gigantic, Paper Diamond, The Devil Makes Three, Minnesota and so many more! :D
If only I could go back and relive my summer. I miss this.

Stand in the Middle of the C-O-Double-M-O-N
It's early morning and the sun is rising beautifully over the frosty yards here in Alabama. Lately I have been riding the winds of change and allowing pure love to flow forth from my heart. And it feels great.

One time I took 330mg dextromethorphan and was lying with my eyes closed for a long time. When I opened my eyes I thought that the world was a mirror image of the way it used to look and I thought I would always see the world in a mirror.

Day 6
Today I gave up six plates. Although it was kind of counterproductive that my step mom brought me over a new set of plates and saucers. Out with the old and in with the new!

6 Reasons Why You Should Let Go Of People Who No Longer Play An Importance In Your Life
Holding onto someone who has already played their part and are no longer in your life will drain you. You know it’s not healthy but you aren’t sure how to let go of them.

Days 3-5
So I haven't posted over the weekend and I went through days three, four, and five of the minimalist challenge. So that's twelve things total to give up.
-Six Old CDs (I love my CD collection, but these are six that I never listened to, and don't even remember how I acquired them)
-Four more books that I have never read/will never reead etc.
-One old computer game I found and din't know I had
and one old movie that doesn't work anymore but I held onto it because I have had it for a super long time.
Another side effect of this challenge is that as I go along I am finding a lot of stuff that was borrowed from people over the years and I am putting that into a pile to return. :)

My girlfriend told me that she saw spiders in the shower, but she didn't kill them because she said "I might have made friends with them or something".
So for now Johnny and Tyrone are safe.. :)

Phish 7-27-14 Set 2
Watched/Listened to this set today and it blew me away. Set 1 was amazing in its own way, very slow and then building up to this Tweezer blasted frantic blowout. :D
Wilson >Tweezer -> Back on the Train -> Tweezer > Back on the Train -> Tweezer > Waiting All Night > Free -> Tweezer -> Simple -> Tweezer -> Free -> Catapult -> Slave to the Traffic Light > Down with Disease* -> NICU -> Hold Your Head Up> Jennifer Dances^ > Hold Your Head Up, I Been Around.
Legend:
> Jams directly into the next song
-> Pauses slightly or changes to next song, but no "break"
*Down With Disease was unfinished
^Fishman on vocals for Jennifer Dances

Minimalist Challenge Day #2
Today I had a pretty great day at work, and I am working OT all weekend so my next check will be awesome.
For day two of the minimalist challenge I have to give up two things. First will be another book, Spanish Made Simple. Another book that is really just gaining dust, hopefully someone at a thrift store can pick it up and make some use of it.
My second item is a GBA game, Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga, a game I absolutely loved as a kid, but I don't have much time for games anymore, and I don't really have the patience to play through it again, so I will see if my little brother wants it.

30 Day Minimalist Challenge
I have been off the site for awhile and to kick off my new awakening I am taking the 30 Day Minimalist Challenge. Start on the first day by getting rid of (Selling, donating, etc.) one item. Then on the second day get rid of two items and so on and so forth.
So for the first day I removed a book I have had for years and have never used (How to Keep your Volkswagen Alive) and because I am still probably ten years or so removed from owning a bay window bus, I don't really need it right now.
