“So your wand is more powerful than mine because you saved magic in it?” The magic student asked.
“Yes, exactly,” Witch Doctor answered. “Magic can be stored in items for later use if need be. The more magic you store in it, the more longer the spell you used on it will last.”
“In fact,” he continued on to say as he showed off the whole room. “Most of the items here have magic already stored in them. So whenever I’m hired for something, I can just grabbed them and use them right away. But I mostly store magic in the magic box or my magic bag to create infinite space to store my extra stuff. Got to use magic pretty often or else you lose what you learn little by little.”
“So you’re saying almost everything here is already magically charged weapons?” The magic student asked with a wicked smile.
“Weapons?!” Witch Doctor exclaimed. “No! Magic trick items. For like kid’s parties or events.”
“But you could use them like weapons,” his student continued to say seeming lost in her own evil thoughts.
“Now see here. My magic is not for harming. I’ve worked hard to have a good reputation as a Witch level magic user. I don’t not want to hear about my Magic student using magic to be bad.”
“Then I have a fair solution. I’ll stop being your student and become the master!” she shouted as she pounced the Witch Doctor pushing him down which caused him to let go of his Magic wand which then landed into her hands.
“Hey! That’s mine!” Witch Doctor exclaimed surprised by the sudden attack.
“I think it’s only fair that this be given to me for having to endure so many of your useless ‘magic’ lessons,” she said to him wickedly as she than waved it over herself. The wand seemed to cover her with sparkles and she was being lifted up into the air. As she was beginning to levitate, the enormous sweater she had one began to slip off her and it was soon revealed that this magic student was none other than Fair Fairy!

“Fair Fairy?!” Witch Doctor shouted at the reveal.
“Ha, ha, ha. Yes! It’s me!” she happily said in such an evil way. She took off her crochet hat to reveal her fake gold crown on her head while her dog puppet shook off his mustache and glasses.
“And Downard Dog!” the puppet exclaimed happily in a goofy way.
“You’re still wanted by the police for escaping jail and all the chaos you caused last time to this town!” Witch Doctor shouted angrily.
“THAT’S NOT FAIR!” Fair Fairly shouted back. “I wasn’t the only one causing chaos that day.”
“Dude, you destroyed a library,” Downard Dog reminded her.
“It was in my way!” She shouted at him. “Still, that’s in the past and now I want more of that destructive power so I came here to look for some magic to help me.”
“I’m not helping you!” Witch Doctor proclaimed.
“Oh but you already have, Witchy. Now that I know all these items have magic in them, I’m going to use them to help me be the number one villain in this town.”
“I won’t let you!” He said as he got up quickly.
“Too late,” Fair Fairly said as she waved the wand to levitate Witch Doctor. “Since you seem to be so proud of your magic box, I’ll think I’ll let you spend some quality time with it.”
She then magically lifted the magic box’s lid and hurled Witch Doctor straight inside.
“Aaaahhh!” He shouted as he entered into its infinite space and Fair Fairy magically closed it.
“Ha, Ha, Ha!” she evilly laughed.
“Whoa, dude. He spent all that time teaching you stuff. That was so cold.” Downward Dog commented.
“Oh quiet you! Now let’s get all these magic weapons out of here!” she said as she waved her wand all across the room causing all the items in the room to levitate.
“Cool, dude,” Downard Dog said as Fair Fairy started to move the items with the pull of the wand.
Inside the magic box, Witch Doctor was floating in what seemed to be dark empty space.
“Not how I imagined how my first time teaching would go like,” he commented as he tried to reposition himself as much as possible. “Still, kind of glad she was a bad listener since she would have heard that I use this box to store some of my other magic items and that includes my…Magic Bag!”
The moment he shouted ‘Magic bag’, his usual big purple bag with white stars on it appeared right in front of him.
He grabbed the bag and quickly rummaged inside until he was able to pull out his cellphone. He then scrolled quickly in his contacts for Chief’s number.
“Thank goodness, Chief gave me his own office number in case I ever got manipulated by bad guys again.” He then pressed the call button and waited as it began to ring. “I just hope he is not too busy.”

A spoon on a stool started to shake a bit. It continued to do this until it started to float just a bit above the stool’s surface. It still shook as it was being lifted and seemed to have trouble staying levitated even if it was just floating a little.
“THAT’S NOT FAIR!” cried out an elderly woman wearing a huge sweater and crotchet hat with a dog hand puppet on her right hand wearing what seemed to be a mustache and glasses. “I’ve been practicing for weeks and this is all I can do? Slightly lift a spoon up? I can do that with just my hand!”
“Dude, it’s way better than last week when the only way you moved the spoon was flipping over the stool,” the dog puppet seemed to comment which only seemed to anger the elderly women more.

“Your puppet friend is right,” the Witch Doctor said, hoping to lessen his magic student’s anger. “Remember I told you that learning magic is a very very hard technique to learn that most people don’t bother trying to learn it even though it clearly exists.”
“But I want to learn it to be powerful so I can do powerful things like make fire balls or shoot lightning and I’ve been working so hard to learn it. Why won’t it work well? IT’S NOT FAIR!” she cried out again as she seemed to just be getting angrier and angrier.
“Let me explain AGAIN and hopefully the last time why magic is like this and why it is fair enough,” the Witch Doctor said as he continued on with his explanation. “So Magic is such a rarity thing to control because the use of it requires the condition of one’s soul. If a person is full of good intentions, they are able to use “light ” magic and if a person is full of bad intentions, they are able to use “dark” magic. Both magic can do basically the same things such as lifting things, making things disappear, transforming things, etc, etc, etc.”
“However,” the Witch Doctor continued. “Most people‘s souls are a mix of good and bad intentions. Light and dark magic usually do not like to work together making it hard for most people to use it and the most they can use is usual simple things like this.”

The Witch Doctor then used his own magic wand to lift the spoon and the stool up like they were floating without gravity.
“Little things like that?” his student asked seeming dissatisfied.
“Yes, so I’m afraid no fire balls or any other powerful attacks like that. The most use you can get out of Magic is for plain entertainment.”
“THAT’S NOT FAIR! I wanted to be powerful, I wanted to be strong and feared, I wanted-“ she stopped herself before going on seeing that the Witch Doctor was not happy with what he was hearing.
“Revenge?” her hand puppet finished for her. She quickly grabbed the puppet’s mouth as if to shut it up.
“Don’t listen to him,” she said nervously, most definitely trying to hide something. “May we just back to the lessons, please?”
“I would rather not but seeing as you are the only one who responded to my magic lesson fliers, I guess I should finish what I started,” the Witch Doctor sighed as he began to settle the spoon and stool back to the ground.
“Yep, only one,” his elderly student said. A flashback popped into the student’s mind about grabbing all the Witch Doctor’s fliers around town. If anyone was going to learn the power of magic, it would be her.
Her puppet then started to whisper to her. “Dude, if the only thing we can do is party tricks with magic, why stay any longer to learn more?”
“Because my annoying companion, I’m sure I can find some way to use these simple magic tricks to make everything fair,” she whispered sinisterly. “For me!”
