I was thinking of piebald. It seems a lot more accurate, I think. Bean is very cute though! (That's what its name was?)

That skitty looks like it has Leucism, but I've never seen it turn fur blue before...... Maybe it's not the same in other regions?

I've heard quite a few suggestions on what could be resulting in the odd coloration. Although, upon research, isn't leucism usually all over the body and not in patches?
