I can't stand the Jodie erasure I witness everyday on tiktok. I'm not liking your multi doctor edit if 13 isn't in it. Fuck you.

“I wish this would go on forever.”
Last thasmin art of the era. These two changed my life back in 2018. In four years, I went from being very anxious about drawing and posting queer fanart to seeing it published in a magazine. I never thought I’d see myself reflected so clearly in Doctor Who. Truthfully, I didn’t even realize just how much of myself I needed to see until the 13th Doctor and Yasmin Khan showed me, individually and together. They’ve been a massive comfort to me through the worst years of my life. I’m a better artist and person because of this era and this story. 💙💙

also also the way that yaz is elevated to equals with the doctor! how the doctor trusts her enough to hold a gun in the tardis. how yaz can fly the tardis solo. how yaz makes a plan to save the doctor’s life (which - oh my gods I’m never going to stop thinking about that). the entire goodbye scene which I feel like had so much respect and feeling. the fact that the doctor trusts yaz as a partner throughout everything. how yaz is the one who rushes to the doctor when shot! how yaz is the one who, again, saves her.
how yaz is the doctor when the doctor can’t be
