Nina Dobrev, née Nina Kamenova Dobreva le 9 janvier 1989 à Sofia en Bulgarie, est une actrice et mannequin bulgaro-canadienne. Elle fait ses débuts de comédienne dans la série dramatique canadienne Degrassi : La Nouvelle Génération dans laquelle elle jouait Mia Jones de 2006 à 2009. Elle devient une star mondiale lorsqu'elle interprète le rôle d'Elena Gilbert et de Katherine Pierce dans la série dramatique/fantastique américaine Vampire Diaries. Elle tient ces rôles de façon régulière des saisons 1 à 6 avant de revenir en tant qu'invitée dans la huitième et dernière saison de la série en 2017.
