The discovery of two more bodies pushed the death toll from the powerful fertilizer plant explosion in West to 14, officials said Friday.
According to a sidebar in the linked page, even though they obviously had their own problems, the staff at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston found a local pizza joint in Texas and had $100 of pizza delivered to the ER staff of Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco, Texas, just as they were dealing with incoming casualties from the West fertilizer plant explosion. The note with the pies read “From one doc to another, thanks for all your hard work.”
Them Bostonians, they’re a pretty classy bunch. Oh, and BTW don’t fuck with their city.
