Just thought I’d share this charming piece of graffiti from near my home.

By the way, this is the ONLY women’s library in the country, it has only women’s work in it and also serves as a sort of feminist museum. They’re affiliated with a university close by and hold regular events such as workshops and talks on subjects like the poetry of immigrant women of colour or the representation of mental health in women’s literature. Its also due to be closed down by the Conservatives.

UGH. I'm getting really sick of Tumblr turning into a feminist bootcamp and constantly getting belittled for my gender, which happens to be male. Because in complaining about sexism, which I dare say none of the males on Tumblr will do, there are often sexist remarks towards men.

You can be a fucking cactus for all I care, I don't give a fuck, just stop being a dick, male or female. I got enough shit on my hands already, suicidal tendencies, depression and such, and Tumblr used to be the only place I felt safe.

Sexist Tumblr

Tumblr is sexist, very sexist.

TOWARDS MEN. 

Tumblr is racist, very racist.

The 'victimized' aren't the victims, there are no real victims. There is no real hate on Tumblr but that caused by outside influences. The 10000th post of some asshole belittling woman, of which I highly disapprove, is posted and guess what:

'All men are pigs'

'Wow, men are dicks'

This is coming from the people who are yelling at men posting pictures of girls in bikini's on Tumblr, all the while drooling over shirtless pictures.

Today on Reddit, you will be belittled for NOT being a minority, for being heterosexual and white, and you will be destroyed for being male, not directly but your frontpage will be filled with manhaters.

My main problem with these types of posts are that females are always the victims, and men are always the bad guys. As of late, on Tumblr, I felt really uncomfortable. It's not this.. specific post. but posts like this, most of the time more extreme. We never see a post of abusive women and such, but they are out there.
