marvel characters i would like to write??? hm honestly as of rn ive been thinking about Thunderbolts, Fantastic 4 and the og avengers. they live rent free in my brain. and yes those avengers towers fics are so good oml im feeling nostalgic thinking about them. i used to eat them uppp

of the people i mentioned, imma put them in a list from most annoying to deal with, to least:

absolutely the worst to handle, is suffocating, will not let you see the light of day. doesn't matter how good you are, they will never let up with how strict they are. (i felt the need to put explanations for this level because idk! they deserve explanations lol)

Sue Storm: she's here mainly because i feel like she's much more manipulative about it. it isn't that extreme at first, but once you try your luck around her, she starts to become more openly strict. it's obvious when you piss her off and break her rules.

Tony Stark: doesn't start off that way. maybe he thinks that you deserve some freedoms, but starts to realize that the world is too dangerous. because of the whole armor around the world thing, he would totally be more protective over time ("world's not getting any safer kiddo, not gonna risk you out there. no dice.").

Natasha Romanoff: kind of like sue. she's manipulative. knows when and where to be all nice and nurturing, but knows when to be strict. scary. oh my god she can be so terrifying. anyone of these heroes can be scary, but she's a different type of scary. likes to use fear to keep you in place.

somewhat strict. does give you some freedom, but only if they're around to watch you. won't leave you alone ever. but will give you some freedoms if they think you're good. (somewhat easy to deal with, but still. very annoying.)

Reed Richards, Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova, Bob Reynolds, Steve Rogers, John Walker, Bruce Banner.

they are chill as fuck. still has that yandere element, but isn't insane about it. more like, yoinks you off the street and says 'you're mine now! and you have no say in it!' significantly more freedoms around them, but don't expect to be leaving anytime soon.

ough yes i love bruce wayne, i wanna write something for batfam too but for now, solo fic with bruce wayne :)

A chunk of his heart has been missing for so long. When he found you walking around Gotham, just a glance at your face and he immediately remembered you.

Recognizing you shook him. You hadn't changed much since he saw you as a baby, the last time he had ever seen your face before he left. You were still as adorable as ever, he thinks, still had that smile that haunted him for years.

He loved you. But your mother forced him out of your life, claiming that his alter ego was too dangerous for you. Their relationship was already affected by it, he never spent any time with her because of his dangerous life.

She never wanted you to feel what she felt. So she left, took you with her. Rid Bruce of a chance to ever bond with you. It turned him cold and bitter, his own child ripped from him, he dealt with it the only way he could. He buried himself in his work.

Batman consumed every part of his life so that he could forget the pain of losing his biological child. But it was always there. That need to be near you. To finally hold you, take care of you like he had missed out on.

He wanted to make it up to you. And it seemed like the universe gave him another chance.

So he started to stalk you. To put it simply. It was all the years of suppressed love that spilled out, desperately searching for some solace in knowing how you were doing. Knowing that you were doing fine at least.

He realized that you had been living alone (his child? alone?) barely scraping by as you tried to survive in a city as dangerous as Gotham. Guilt took space in his heart as he continued to look into you. He shouldn't have ever left you.

Another full day of lessons. It's exhausting as usual and the only thing that you've been looking forward to all day is the comfort of your bed. You had been living in Gotham for under a month now. It was everything you expected it to be, a new villain every week and your chances of dying had spiked up significantly.

Gotham wasn't....fun, but at least your rent was cheaper! But of course at the cost of your general safety.

You sighed, rummaging around in your bag for your keys. When you finally feel them, you take them out and unlocked your door. You take a deep breath in and exhale, praying that nobody had broken into your apartment again.

Its happened twice. Maybe you should've moved after the second time.

But you've brushed it off as the general vibe of the city. You enter your apartment, unease still heavy in your body as you cautiously stepped in.

Your apartment doesn't seem broken into, at least from a first glance. No broken window, no stolen things. Nothing. So you let yourself relax, a small sigh of relief escape you as you full stepped into your living room. Shutting the door behind you softly.

But that feeling--

Something tackles you, a muscled cage as someone crushes you in a hug. You, understandably so, scream in bloody horror. Someone did fucking break into your house, this is why you should always trust your gut.

"Who the fuck are you! let- let go of me you asshole!" You screech, nails digging into the arms of the person as you try your hardest to kick and wiggle out of their death grip.

The man lets go for the slightest moment, a hand rests on your cheek. Swiping it softly, and you see who's broken into your house. You can barely believe it.

"Bruce Wayne?" His name falls from your lips. Billionaire of Gotham was standing In your shitty apartment. Hugging you as if you would disappear if he wasn't holding onto you so tightly.

His eyes are wild. Scanning your face as if to memorize every single one of your facial features.

"You look," He takes a breath, his eyes softening as he takes in more of you. "You look exactly the same. Don't you recognize me? Your father?"

"My-" This man was crazy. You place your hands on his chest and give one final shove. He moves away, eyes still trained on you, not breaking away for a second. "Look, I don't know who you think I am, but I am not your child."

"And that's my fault." His voice almost wavers for a second as he remembers how he failed you, and now he's suffering the consequences. "I shouldn't have let your mother just take you away from me. I'm going to make it up to you alright? I am your father. And you're my kid."

Bruce Wayne had a plan because he wasn't one to do something like this. Breaking into your house? Reacting like a wild animal when you were in front of him? This wasn't who he was. But he couldn't control it.

He had a plan. But he couldn't stick to it. For the first time in his life, he had acted on his whims. He acted purely on desire. And all he has ever wanted was his child, his own child, in his arms again. And he did it, and he wasn't planning on letting go of you ever again.

oooookay so this is ooc as fuck but i just wanted to see bruce be portrayed in a more yandere light. unhinged behavior. and i did it! kind of hate it. but its something. i might take this down lol.

platonic yandere clark views reader as somebody to protect, so it could be viewed as parental. and yeah exactly that, he thinks that he knows what is best for them. no matter how competent reader thinks they are, he will always know better. he wants to protect reader and keep them unharmed and pure. it's alright if they don't get it, as long as they are with him they are safe.

in my humble opinion it is parental, because of Clarks need to be everyone's hero. he needs to be a protector, he was literally dropped on earth to be a protector. to be earth's protector. so he's living up to it right? protecting reader with everything he's got. so no one will ever hurt them.

ouhhh i agree but i think he would be a little self aware, but deffo very delusional with how reader reacts. he wants that small farm life with reader. where they're fine with being cooped up in the home with home, content with being with him and only him.

so every time they throw a tantrum or point out how delusional he is, he just chalks it up to a bad day. they're just having one of those days right? it cant be that they hate him, he's protecting them! if he acknowledges how fucked up kidnapping them is, he might have to consider that he's hurting them (and he would rather die before that happens) so he's deep in denial about it all

i think platonic yandere clark would be borderline parental with reader. mainly because, as you said, the way that he views reader as fragile. he genuinely thinks that there are so many things that are dangerous to reader so he does everything in his power to protect them.

so like.... forever living with him and whatnot. super normal. he's very normal.

but tbh i don't see clark doing this. this alien was placed on this planet with strict orders to protect people. he's already pushing it by you know, fully kidnapping someone, so he would never ever physically hurt reader. ever.

no matter what they do. no matter how many times they try to escape him.

all he wants is reader to love him back as much as he loves them, so he does everything to cater to their needs. cook their favorite dishes, allow them little walks around. even fly them out. (everything but let them go.)

Superman breaks in readers room thinking there already asleep but didn’t notice that it’s just pillows under the blanket cut to reader open the door and just seeing their hero in there room ( I know it’s doesn’t make since cuz of super speed but you get the idea )

i imagine this situation happening when clark hasn't seen his darling in a hot minute........

he just misses you so much but he hasn't been able to visit you in so long! it's genuinely been torturous for him after not getting his fill of you for so so so long (3 days). i mean, he's memorized everything about you but its nothing compared to the real thing right? so he's flying to you the moment he has free time.

he's usually somewhat calculated about it. breaking into your home, he has to treat it delicately. he's not supposed to do it in the first place, but if he was going to do it might as well do it right.

he breaks comes into your room like its his, barely being able to control himself as he kneeled next to your bed. taking in your scent, reaching for you and he pulls the blanket down, wanting to see your face that he adored so much. only to be met with your pillow.

oh. he hears the door being pushed open slightly, he turns around and sees you standing in the doorway of your bedroom. confused as to why superman was sitting in your room. well. kneeling at your bed like he was praying with his hand gripping your blanket.

maybe he wants to get caught who knows....

ouh yes yes yes yes. yes. small drabble time because i'm (un)fortunately infected with brainworms about yandere clark kent.

WARNINGS ; stalking mentions, clark is delusional, typical yandere behaviour.

Clark isn't focusing on work. What he is focusing on was how he fucked up the last time he visited your room.

A rookie mistake, a careless one. He had left the window slightly ajar when he left your bedroom because he had to leave it in a rush. (Slightly brushing your face, being way too bold as he admired how peaceful you seemed while asleep. Accidentally waking you up, making him hastily fly out of your room as quickly as possible.)

He knows you woke up because of the gasp of shock that left your lips and the spike of panic in your heartbeat after seeing your window open when it was closed shut before you went to sleep.

That and the very worrying conversation you were having with Lois, all about your potential stalker. How your window was open and how you remember having an extremely vivid nightmare about someone caressing your face in the middle of the night.

That was his glaring sign of him getting way too bold.

"Clark? You alright?"

He jumps, knees hitting the table at your voice being suddenly so clear and so near him. He looks up and sees your adorably concerned face at his admittedly pathetic state.

His glasses are slightly askew and his hair tussled from his worrying. "I'm- I'm alright, I'm fine." The stutter isn't convincing at all.

You look slightly amused at his tone, not really convinced at his reply. "Uh huh. It's okay, not that I'm doing any better either."

"Why's that?" He knows why, he knows it's all because of him.

"...It's not really that important." Your arms are wrapped around yourself, in an act of soothing yourself almost. Face turned sour at the thought of your situation. "Just- I'm pretty sure I'm being followed."

He can't help himself as he relishes in the fact that he's so close to you. It's shameful because you were worried about him, even if you didn't know it, stalking you.

"That's horrible," Genuine concern. "I'm sorry it's happening to you."

A soft smile, the one he admires the most about you, and you nod. "Thanks, Clark." His hands twitch, wanting to comfort you with a hug just so he can feel you again but you leave. He takes a breath, burying his hand in his curls.

You were really messing him up.

WARNINGS ; reader is a fan of superman, clark dotes on reader, he breaks into their house, gn!reader, yandere behavior.

yes this was because i saw the newest superman movie. sue me. also, clark is deprived of platonic yandere content, i'm here to deliver.

Clark- Superman would never think of doing this. He couldn't, it wasn't heroic at him. Hell, it's completely unethical and insane of him to even consider doing. But it's been itching at him all day.

How have you been doing? Why haven't you gone into work for two days straight? The worry was starting to gnaw at him, so what else could he do but visit you late at night?

3am. Right as the city starts to quieten down, he's flown into the night sky and did one last scan of the city and he can only think of one person. You.

The youngest in the Daily Planet. The newest intern, an aspiring journalist. He's seen hundreds come in and out, but you were different.

Lois had told you to go to him on the first day, she whispers under her breath knowing Clark could hear through the mess of the crowded office. Superhuman abilities and whatnot.

"They're interested in writing a piece on Superman and you're our resident expert."

Clark shoots a small look at Lois, knowing she was silently observing him with a smile. She shrugs in response and he only looks away when you step into view.

"Uh- Sorry If I'm interrupting anything, but Ms. Lane told me that you've," You bite your bottom lip, slightly excited at the thought. "you've interviewed the Superman?"

"Yes, yes I have." He says, a small smile breaking through when he sees your jaw drop in shock.

"Are you serious- oh my god. You're so lucky, I've been trying to bump into him so i could get an interview with him." His ears unintentionally pick up the way your heart beats a little faster. Excitement. Pure joy just at the mention of Superman.

Can you blame a man for being a little happy when he meets someone who doesn't hate him?

"I mean, he's just so cool. Everything about his story is so inspirational, how could I not like him?" You pause for a moment. realizing how much you had been talking about your love for Superman and your expression turns sheepish. "Sorry, I tend to trail off in a rant."

Clark has never felt this magnetic pull before, the warmth that started to grow in his heart as he watched you talk. Pure. It was refreshing to be around someone as pure as you were.

"Don't be sorry." He reassures you. "How about you give me your email and I send you my notes from the interviews. Would that work?"

You were beaming, almost cartoonishly so as you nodded. "That would be everything sir, thank you so so much."

Even if he didn't know it, you would start to plague every corner of his mind. Every time you handled a coffee that was too hot or tiptoeing to reach for something that was too tall for you. (he never realized how fragile humans really were.)

It had gotten to a very dark point. Superman could never be a stalker, but Clark Kent didn't care.

Especially after today, how could you not have told him that you were taking two days off? Didn't you know how much you meant to him?

He reassures himself that this wasn't wrong. Him watching over you as you slept. It wasn't, because he was just looking out for you. A string of delusional thinking was how he ended up in front of your bedroom's window, floating idly as he watched you sleep.

It wasn't enough to just hear your heartbeat. He needed to see for himself that you were safe. A gloved hand touched the glass, it took everything in him not to break it and whisk you away to keep you safe.

But he had to have restraint. He was still a hero. Superman. And he couldn't break into your home just because he felt like it, he had to have some morals.

So, even if everything in his body and mind was yelling at him to check up on you, he flies off.

It's routine at this point.

Even after you had started to come back to work, ("I had the worst flu, so sorry for worrying you guys." you had said when you walked back in and was immediately hounded with questions from both Clark and Lois.), he had started to — to put it plainly — stalk you.

He had to control every step he took, concentrate on how much strength he puts into doing average things because even the slightest miscalculation could get someone hurt. So why was it that he couldn't control his thoughts when it came to you?

He knows he's becoming more overbearing. He knows that you're starting to catch on. He knows. But he can't stop himself from following you home and eventually taking a hesitant step in your bedroom.

This was against his moral code. The alarm was sounding off in his head. Everything about this was wrong.

But his worries melted away when he heard the sound of your breathing. His eyes landed on you, precious you, cuddled up with your blanket wrapped around you. Sleeping soundly, as if he wasn't standing right over you.

(If he could he would take you away to the barn, take care of you in a place where he knows where you can relax and where you won't be corrupted-)

He shakes his head when the darker thoughts come back. Practicing his self-restraint as he leaves, knowing full well he's going to come back the next night.
