Your team should constitute at least 80% of top-order players.

Your dream team should be a well-balanced army of experienced as well as new players. Selecting All-rounder batsmen is a wise move. Batsmen with higher run-rate always prove to be an asset. You may not be able to close in on the targets by selecting bowlers with low rates, which also means, you will not get too many points as well. It is important to select mostly wicket-taking bowlers.

Little things matter - Although uncapped players are the ones who are yet to make their big international cricket debut, a calculated move i.e choosing the best performer (from among the uncapped players) out of the allocated list makes a huge difference to the team. Because now you have a well-balanced team (as mentioned before), with the right skill-sets and strengths to conquer the game.

Best Players of ICC World Cup Cricket 2019
