YouTube channels:

Intelligence Squared- several great debates regarding authors such as Emily Bronte vs Jane Austen, Milton vs Shakespeare as well as more general topics such as Greece vs Rome to name a few I’ve watched.

Ruby Granger- probably not an unheard of suggestion but i really enjoy Ruby’s videos and recommend them if you need motivation with aesthetic studying/motivation.

Bernadette Banner: also another popular channel but her historic content is so comforting and fun to watch.

TED-Ed: purely for the mythology videos, they’re so fun also the riddle videos are a good time-passer.

Activites:

- new york times mini crossword, comes out daily and is just a fun little mind stimulator

-write a letter to a friend/ someone you’re thankful for

- start a book club with your friends (a secret society works too)

Academic:

- re organise your study space, add candles and aesthetic pictures/ excerpts from books and poems

-write a short (or long) paper just for fun on your favourite book/author/historical time period

-listen to an older classical song and then research the composer, when you’re done, listen again and appreciate the music in a different light
