Unearthing Misunderstandings In Relationships
Relationships are hard to initiate, easy to break and harder to sustain. With every relationship comes an attachment, wrapped with expectations. And expectations at one instance or the other lead to arguments which ignite the misunderstandings and create barriers in a flourishing relationship. There are certain ups and downs emerging as bumps in the road of a relationship. But with proper understanding and strategies you can overcome these obstacles.
  If in any case, you want your relationship to work out, stop focusing on the problems with your relationship, rather try to understand:
-What the problem is?
-What’s the cause of the problem?
-What could be done to tackle these problems?
  Major Relationship Problems and How To Overcome Them
1)
PROBLEM
Difficulty in expression of emotions
Everyone has a different manner of expressing or receiving love. We often express our love in a way we would like to receive it. And that’s when your partner fails to meet your pre-set ‘standard of love’ and a sense of irritability takes a room in your mind following with over-thinking, which is toxic for any relationship.
STRATEGY

Start spending time together. You can go out for a movie or dinner. But remember! Do not be too much demanding.

Money matters
Money related issues tend to originate even before or after your wedding. Hiding your financial details, payments and savings related issues are very common.
STRATEGY
Share your financial conditions with your partner and maintain your expenses accordingly. It’s always good to be financially aware of each other.
Decide your savings and expenditure. Plan properly by keeping your requirements in mind. And of course, do not hide your debts or income.
Do not blame each other on certain expenses. Always plan your billings and insurance.

Trust and conflicts
Trust issues and occasional conflicts do appear in every relationship. Arguments due to opinion and ego clashes are common. Sometimes your actions create doubts in your partners mind.
STRATEGY

Counselling in Australia is known to be one of the prominent career scopes. With the rising usage of technology and social media, researchers take note of the increase in youngster’s mental health conditions. The cold sweat of anxiety is that “fight or flight” response that kept our early relatives safe from grizzly bears and other scary characters, says Andrews. “That adrenaline rush still serves us well under certain circumstances. Anxiety is a natural reaction to those very real stresses.”
In today’s world, “that reaction helps motivate us, prepares us for things we have to face, and sometimes give us energy to take action when we need to,” adds Ross.
How Do You Know When Worry Turns To Anxiety That Needs Treatment?
Big job interview is coming up, and it’s got you in knots. So “you spend a little more time getting dressed or rehearsing what you’re going to say,” Ross says. “You’ve got an appointment with the divorce lawyer, so you do more homework. That kind of anxiety can motivate you to do better. It helps you protect yourself.”
But as we know too well, sometimes it doesn’t take a specific threat — only the possibility of crisis — to send humans into anxiety mode. “The difficulty comes in learning to tone down that automatic response — to think, ‘How serious is the danger? How likely is the threat?’ “says Andrews.
“The thing about anxiety is, it can take on a life of its own,” she adds. “Everything becomes a potential crisis. The unthinkable has happened. So around every corner, there’s the next possible disaster.”
The Anxiety Toll
When anxiety is taking a toll, your body knows it. You have trouble sleeping, eating, and concentrating. You get headaches; your stomach is upset. You might even have a panic attack — the pounding heart, a feeling of lightheadedness.
