sometimes ppl tell me that I tell stories like a stand up comedian. my first reaction was just "it's because I'm Jewish, isn't it?" but I started to catch moments and then I looked at my tumblr drafts and I just... yeah. eventually I started wondering to myself, "why didn't people ever tell me this before, then?" and it dawned on me. the only reason I used to tell stories was when I was angry. so that's why people always laughed when I was angry. now I can't unhear it.
