With MC being an orphan, the council largely chalked that up to them being a hidden half breed, aka the child of a supernatural who hides their (and their child’s) identity from their mortal spouse.

Wait, is MC half-breed then? Like, is there no method to find out about that? Or did they just make an assumption based on them being an orphan and the Riveras kinda blocked any intentions to find out more about MC's past, including their genetics, in fear of someone swooping in and taking their Golden Goose away?

Are half-breeds common? How are they treated in the society? Seen inferior, or maybe seen superior due to genetic diversity?

I also wanna know even though the Riveras were handed MC due to their status within the society, if not a Nephilim, members of their own society fought to get MC to their folds? Whether it's because THEY wanted the status boost too or because they thought MC would be better off among their kin (or both). The Riveras clearly won, but I would like to think they tried to petition and fight for MC a bit, at least.

They found what they assumed to be human remains along with supernatural remains in the rubble of the house.

Half breeds are common enough. Not the usual by far, but not an oddity. Human/Supernatural are most common, but sometimes different Supernaturals will have a child as well, which always makes the genetic lottery fun.

As for if anyone tried to fight the Riveras over custody…some, perhaps. They didn’t for long, though.

Shout out to the Patreon beta reader that informed me the game was broken, like, halfway through due to the pronoun coding being messed up.

I combed through it after taking it down and FINALLY found a space between two apostrophes. I…have no words.

Regardless, the Patreon Demo for Disenchanted (rewrite + new chapter) will be up soon after I get home this weekend!

the whole demo is so good but the option to fix luci's wing so they don't cramp up got me RIGHT in the emotions (and also highkey cemented them as my first romance choice)

AHHHHH and I expanded on that scene too in the rewrite! It's one of my favorites as well, so I had to add a little more lol!

I also added the first official romance dialogue with Luci so, like...Luci-mancers be aware lol.

I been looking deep into stuff and came across that Elis has dogs. So my question is, how would they feel if Mc and all dogs slept in the bed. (Mc is so cuddling them), but the dogs won't let Elis join them 😅. So, what would they do in that situation? Also, would they be jealous?

They would not be jealous at all and they would be SO pissed that they find it cute. Like, screw not being able to sleep in bed, they'll sleep on the floor if they get to see you all cute and curled up with their hounds.
