Jean Build Guide
Tumblr media
I was asked by @acidhues to do a build guide for Jean and I’m very happy to do so! God, I love Jean! Where even to begin? There’s just so much to love about her. She’s definitely the best case scenario on a 50/50 loss, imo.
If you’re looking to build Jean hopefully this post is of some use! :3
Role
Jean is a true “Jack of All Trades.” She can heal, she can DPS, she can crowd control, she can battery, she can VV shred, she can cleanse elemental debuffs (looking at you floor 11) and she can even be a burst support/sub DPS! She can truly fit into any team comp and preform any role. She’s a fantastic character to have!
Jean heals with her auto attacks and her healing scales with her atk%. This means she can be built like a DPS in order to heal. Because of this she fills the role of a sub DPS very well.
If you need crowd control, a good healer or even a DPS then Jean can do it and she can do it well!
Talents
If building Jean as a DPS, prioritize her Normal Attacks over her skill and burst. As a support, focus on her skill and burst over her autos.
Jean’s Talents level up with Books of Resistance, Stained Masks, and at higher levels, Dvalin’s Plume.
Weapon
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Aquila Favonia; Skyward Blade; Primordial Jade Cutter; Summit Shaper
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Festering Desire; Prototype Rancour; Favonius Sword; The Flute; Sacrificial Sword; Black Sword
Jean can make use of pretty much any 4 or 5⭐️ sword so just use what you have. For DPS, the Aquila Favonia is her BiS weapon whereas Skyward Blade is her BiS for support.
The Festering Desire is a great f2p option for her if you happened to acquire it back in 1.2.
Artifacts
Overview - DPS
(4pc) Gladiator; (4pc) Pale Flame; (2pc) Pale Flame, (2pc) Bloodstained Chivalry, (2pc) Gladiator
Pale Flame is better than 4 pc Gladiator unless you have better sub stats on the Glad. You can run a 2 piece combo of any of the above sets depending on your need for atk% or physical damage increase. It’s worth nothing that most of Jeans damage comes from fall damage from yeeting her enemies. Since this requires her to hold E 2pc Pale Flame might be better over 4pc for overall more consistency.
Stats
Timepiece - Atk%
Goblet - Physical Damage Bonus
Circlet - Crit Rate or Crit Dmg
Sub Stats
Prioritize Sub stats in the following order:
Crit Rate = Crit Dmg > Atk% > Energy Recharge > Atk
Overview - Support
(4pc) Viridescent Veneerer; (4pc) Noblesse Oblige; (2pc) VV, (2pc) NO, (2pc) Gladiator
Which set you use pretty much just depends on the team comp. If you need resistance shredding and don’t have another VV on the team then use that. Vice versa for Noblesse. You can run a hybrid of the two if needed or 2pc VV, 2pc Glad for more healing. Regardless of the set you’ll mostly want to stack atk% and energy recharge
Stats
Timepiece - Energy Recharge or Atk%
*Run ER for more bursts/healing, run Atk% for more damage
Goblet: Atk%
Circlet: Atk%
Sub Stats
Prioritize sub stats in the following order
Atk% > Energy Recharge > Crit Rate = Crit Dmg > Atk
Team Comp
Jean can fit into pretty much any team comp and any role. She makes a great battery for other Anemo characters, can support just about anyone with her healing and CC, and can be used in physical or elemental team comps.
As a DPS she would work best with superconduct support to half the resistance of physical damage. Electro and Cryo characters such as Diona or Fishcl work well for this. Zhongli is another great option for his universal resistance shredding.
As a support her team comps are truly limitless.
TLDR:
Jean is an amazing character capable of both support and DPS. In my opinion she is hands down the best off-banner 5 star in the game. Her talents ascend with Books of Resistance, Stained Masks and Dvalin’s Plume. Aquila Favonia, Skyward Blade, and Festering Desire are her BiS weapons. If DPS she can run Pale Flame, Gladiator and Bloodstained artifact sets. As a support she can use a mix of VV and Noblesse sets. If DPS she benefits from physical resistance shredding in her team comp, as a support she fan fit into literally any team.
I wish everyone a very have Jean!! Definitely one of the most useful characters to have. If you’re building her I hope this post helps! :3

Xiangling Build Guide
Tumblr media
Xiangling is a very popular character in Genshin Impact and she’s free to everyone once you clear floor 3 of the abyss. She was also my main sub DPS for like AR10-AR40 I’m not biased. I figured she would be a good candidate to make a guide for!
If you love Xiangling and want to build her then this will hopefully be helpful!
Role
Xiangling’s primary function is a burst support character, especially at full constellation. She can consistently apply Pyro with her friend Guoba and her elemental Burst.
Xiangling can also function as a physical DPS thanks to the existence of Crescent Pike weapon, which is kinda broken on her.
Talents
As a Sub DPS, prioritize Xiangling’s Burst and then her Skill when leveling talents. There’s no need to level her auto attacks if she’s only being used as a support.
If you’re running phys DPS then prioritize her auto attacks and then her burst and Skill.
Xiangling’s talents level up with books of Diligence, Slime Secretions and at higher levels Dvalin’s Claw.
Weapons
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Primordial Jade Spear; Staff of Homa; Skyward Spine
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Deathmatch; Dragon’s Bane; Crescent Pike; Favonius Lance
The weapon Xiangling uses highly depends on what role you’re building her for. For standard Burst Support, the Staff of Homa is BiS but really any 5⭐️ polearm will work. If you don’t have any of the 5⭐️ polearms listed above then Deathmatch, Favonius Lance, and Dragon’s Bane work great.
As a DPS Primordial Jade-Winged Spear is BiS but Crescent Pike is actually better if it has refinements. Crescent Pike is honestly broken on Xiangling due to the nature of her auto attack animations and the weapons passive. She’s not the *best* physical carry in the game but this weapon definitely lets her put in some work.
Artifacts
Overview - Support
(4pc) Noblesse Oblige; (2pc) Crimson Witch, (2pc) Noblesse
As a sub DPS Xiangling’s artifact options are pretty simple. Noblesse for that sweet burst damage increase. Run a 4pc unless you already have a 4pc user in the comp. In that case, do 2pc NO, 2pc CW.
Stats
Timepiece: Energy Recharge or Atk%
*Run ER unless her ER is already over 160%
Goblet: Pyro Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate / Crit Dmg
Sub Stat Priority
Energy Recharge > Crit Rate/Crit Dmg > Atk% > Elemental Mastery
Overview - DPS
(4pc) Pale Flame; (2pc) Pale Flame, (2pc) Bloodstained Chivalry; (2pc) Gladiator, (2pc) PF/BSC
As a DPS Xiangling scales with physical damage. Pale Flame set works great when Guoba is used on cool down. You can also run it with a mix of 2pc Bloodstained or 2pc Gladiator depending on the sub stats.
Stats
Timepiece: Atk %
Goblet: Physical Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate / Crit Dmg
Sub Stat Priority
Crit > Atk% > Energy Recharge > Atk
Team Comp
As a support Xiangling does well in teams that react with Pyro. As a physical dps she would do well physical resistance shredding from Zhongli or superconduct. Either way, she loves Bennett and he’s a fantastic partner for her if you have him.
As a sub DPS Xiangling would preform well with Hydro, Anemo, and Cryo characters. Pyro Resonance is a good way to help Xiangling maintain her elemental burst uptime.
Sample Team Comps
Reverse Melt
Cryo DPS + Bennett + Xiangling + Anemo VV
* Keep in mind the order of application
* The Anemo character needs to be on the field to proc 4pc passive
Melt
Pyro DPS/Bennett + Xiangling + Cryo + Anemo VV
Vaporise
Pyro DPS/Bennett + Xiangling + Xingqiu + Anemo VV
Childe + Bennett + Xiangling + VV/Zhongli
Physical DPS Comp
Xiangling + Bennett + Diona + Fischl/Beidou
*proc superconduct with Diona and Fischl before using auto attacks with Xiangling*
TLDR
Xiangling is a fan favorite and a pretty flexible character! She excels at both Sub DPS role and physical DPS. She requires books of Diligence, Slime Secretions, and Dvalin’s Claw to level up her talents. Primordial Jade Winged Spear and Crescent Pike are her best weapons as DPS. Staff of Homa and Favonius Lance are great for support. For artifacts she likes Pale Flame as a physical carry, and Noblesse/Crimson Witch as a sub DPS. She can fit into most team comps depending on her role.
I hope this was helpful for anyone building Xiangling!

Noelle Build Guide
Tumblr media
Noelle is a character that everyone has access to and is a fan favorite. She’s also been on several rate ups recently so I figured I’d go ahead and do a guide for everyone’s favorite shield maiden.
Role
Noelle is an interesting case because when you read her talents and kit she screams support, but she’s actually much better as a DPS....if built right. This is in large part due to her not regenerating energy well on her own. Generally, supports need good ER to be effective at their role. It’s one of the main reasons Bennett is so good at what he does. When a support can’t contribute energy particles to the rest of the team it makes them feel very clunky to play and outclassed by other supports.
Basically, Noelle is a support character that needs to be supported, so it’s honestly easier just to build her as a DPS.
She can be a bit challenging to build at c0 for this role, but doable. If your Noelle is c6 then she’s a monster.
Noelle can still be a great support, especially at c1+. She just needs other supports that can help her regenerate energy so she can keep her ult up.
Gameplay tip: When using her to heal use her spin charge attack to get the most healing per second
Talents
As a DPS prioritize Noelles normal attacks first, her Burst second and her shield last. As a support do the exact opposite!
Noelle’s talents ascend with books of Resistance, Hilichurl Masks and at higher levels, Dvalin’s Claw.
As a support Noelle is fine to stop at Lv70/80. As a DPS take her to Lv90
Weapons
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Unforged; Wolf’s Gravestone; Skyward Pride
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Serpent Spine; Whiteblind; Blackcliff Slasher; Litchic Blade;
If your energy recharge is high enough, the BP weapon Serpent Spine is actually BiS for main carry Noelle because she can abuse its passive. If ER is low Skyward Pride is best. If you don’t want to spend the $10 and don’t have any of the 5⭐️ listed below there are other options in the blackcliff and litchic claymores
The craftable weapon Whiteblind is BiS for support Noelle. It’s not really recommended for DPS as much as the other listed options though.
Artifacts
Overview - DPS
(4pc) Retracing Bolide; (4pc) Gladiator
Retracing Bolide is the most consistent option for DPS Noelle, but if you lack good pieces she can also use 4pc Gladiator.
Stats
Timepiece: Atk% or Def%
*Run Atk% unless your Noelle is c6, then run Def%
Goblet: Geo Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit
Sub Stat Priority
Crit > Def% > Atk% > Energy Recharge > Def > Atk
Overview - Support
(4pc) Maiden Beloved; (2pc) Maiden, (2pc) Defender’s Will; (2pc) Maiden, (2pc) Retracing Bolide
Any of the above sets can work depending on what you want to get out of Noelle. For more healing, Maiden is the best bet but it can also be paired with Defenders Will for stronger shield or retracing Bolide to make her more tanky during sweeping time. 🧹
Note: Defenders is better for overall stronger shield whereas Bolide is better if Noelle is on the field a lot. Bolide only affects the wearer, not the entire team.
Stats
Timepiece: Def %
Goblet: Def%
Circlet: Healing Bonus
Sub Stat Priority
Def% > Energy Recharge > Def
Support Noelle keeps it simple with stats. Stack DEF% and ER and she’s good to go. Shoot for at least 180% ER
Team Comps
BiS teammates for Noelle are other geo characters that can help her regenerate energy particles. This is almost a necessity as a DPS to keep the uptime of her ult.
Beyond Geo Resonance Noelle doesn’t really have too many limitations as far as team comps go. As a DPS she pairs well with sub DPS can that can battery her to keep her ult up. As a support you just swap Noelle in to tank damage and heal her your teammates with her charged attacks. Bennett and Fischl are good partners for their shield breaking capabilities and Fischl’s off-field damage. Xingqiu is also a great battery. Zhongli or Albedo are amazing if you have them.
Team Samples
F2P - DPS
Noelle + Geo MC + Xiangling + Fischl
DPS
Noelle + Zhongli/Albedo + Xingqiu + Fischl
Noelle + Geo + Bennett + Fischl
F2P - Support
Geo MC + Noelle + Xiangling + Fischl
Kaeya + Noelle + Fischl + Geo MC
Support
Ningguang + Bennett + Noelle + Xiangling
Zhongli + Bennett + Noelle + Fischl
TLDR
Noelle is a really cute character that comes in clutch if she’s built right. She is much better overall with her constellations but still viable even at c0. Her talents ascend with books of Resistance, Hilichurl Masks, and Dvalin’s Claw. Serpent Spine and Whiteblind are her best weapons for DPS and Support respectively. Retracing Bolide, Gladiator, Defender’s Will, and Maiden are her best artifact options depending what role she is filling. She relies on her teammates to regenerate energy for her since she can’t do it on her own.
If you’re a Noelle stan hopefully this guide was a bit useful :)
Beidou and Xinyan are up next!

Xingqiu Build Guide
Tumblr media
I’m bored at work so it’s time for another character build guide! Xingqiu is definitely one of my favorite characters in the game, and in my opinion he’s (conditionally) another hidden 5 star character like Bennett! He pairs so well with several other characters and if built right can put in some insane work. There’s just so much to love about this nerdy water sword boy! If you have him you should definitely consider building him. I hope this guide can be of some use! :)
Role
Xingqiu is as sub dps as it gets, especially at high constellation. His main function in a team is to use his ult to do poggers off field damage. He also provides a small amount of healing and damage suppression with his rain swords, and can cleanse debuffs with his E. He is not ideal for a “healer” role (unless you’re using him w/ Hu Tao) but can provide some extra healing in a pinch. His primary focus is definitely as a burst support/sub DPS.
Talents
Prioritize Xingqiu’s Burst and Skill. You can ignore his normal attacks as you won’t really be using them.
Xingqiu requires Books of Gold, Hilichurl Masks, and at higher levels, Tails of Boreas to level up his talents.
Xingqiu is perfectly viable at Lv70 with talents 1/6/6 but feel free to take him to Lv80 with talents 1/8/8. Lv90 is not necessary and a waste of resources.
Weapons
There’s no need for a tier list here. If you have the Sacrificial Sword it’s without a doubt Xingqiu’s BiS. Xingqiu is arguably the best character for this weapon in the game’s current state. If you only have one sac sword give it to Xingqiu. If you have enough to make refinements definitely refine it and give it to the water sword boy. This weapon single handedly turns Xingqiu into a 5⭐️ character.
Without the sac sword Xingqiu can still preform quite well as a support, but he definitely struggles due to the very long cool down on his E skill. This is important because Xingqiu recharges most of his energy with his skill, so without the Sacrificial Sword’s passive ability it can be much harder to maintain ult uptime.
If you don’t have a sacrificial sword you can use Favonius Sword or Festering Desire until you do manage to pull the sac sword. Skyward Blade is also a good option if you have it, but it still can’t beat Sacrificial Sword. If you have nothing else, you can use Skyrider Sword or Harbinger of Dawn.
Artifacts
Overview
(4pc) Noblesse Oblige; (2pc) NO, (2pc) Heart of Depth; (2pc) NO, (2pc) Wanderers Troupe; (2pc) WT, (2pc) HoD; (4pc) Exile
Xingqiu can make use of a variety of artifact sets, but Noblesse Oblige is definitely the most consistent. If you already have a 4pc NO on your team then you can split it with a 2pc Heart of Depth or 2pc Wanderers Troupe.
Note: Only use Wanderers Troupe if you plan on Xingqiu being the one to cause the elemental reaction. For example, Bennett applies Pyro with his E and then Xingqiu procs vaporise. Use whatever gives you better sub stats, though.
Exile can be used if and only if you have <150% Energy Recharge.
Stats
Timepiece: Energy Recharge
Goblet: Hydro Damage Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate / Crit Dmg
Sub Stats
Prioritize sub stats in the following order
Crit Rate = Crit Dmg > Atk% > Energy Recharge > Atk
Team Comp
Xingqiu is an extremely flexible support unit and can fit into most teams. He especially excels at vaporise, freeze/shatter, and electro-charge comps.
DPS characters that pair well with XQ are: Diluc, Keqing, Klee, Hu Tao, Razor, Kaeya, Rosaria, Chongyun and Yanfei
Other supports that pair well with XQ are: Bennett, Chongyun, Sucrose, Fischl, Diona, Qiqi, Xiangling, Jean, Rosaria, Zhongli, and Albedo
*Sample Team Comps*
Pyro DPS + Bennett + Xingqiu + Anemo VV
Kaeya/Rosaria + Xingqiu + Chongyun + Flex
Razor + Xingqiu + Diona + Rosaria/Fischl
Keqing + Xingqiu + Sucrose/Jean + Fischl
TLDR
Xingqiu can apply hydro very easily and his elemental burst is very effective at off field damage. He requires books of Gold, Hilichurl masks, and Tails of Boreas to level up his talents. The Sacrificial Sword is kind of a requirement to get the most out of his kit, without it he is still usable but it’s a very noticeable difference. He can use Noblesse artifact set or mix it with Wanderers Troupe or Heart of Depth. Xingqiu excels in teams that focus on vaporise, freeze, and electro-charged reactions.
If you have the nerdy water sword boy I definitely recommend using him, especially if you have Hu Tao, Diluc, Klee, Keqing, or Yanfei. He enables the hell out of these characters to do some big pp damage. As always I hope this post was useful for some people!
Let me know if there’s a character you’d like a guide for! :)

Chongyun Build Guide
Tumblr media
Chongyun is a character that often gets left out on the tier lists. I have to admit it too, I didn’t immediately appreciate him (mostly cause he didn’t synergize with Razor who was my main carry through the main story) but he’s very much grown on me. He’s got a great design, a very unique and fun kit to play with, and he’s actually very good when built right.
This one’s for all the popsicle boy stans! If you’re looking to build Chongyun hopefully this will help! :)
Role
Chongyun excels as a sub dps due to the strength of his elemental burst, especially at high constellation. He can also be used as a main DPS in a shatter comp, but it’s worth noting he performs much better as a sub DPS due to low multipliers on his auto attacks.
Chongyun is also very anti-synergy with physical damage and shouldn’t be used with characters like Razor, since his elemental skill converts melee attacks to Cryo. He does much better in melt and freeze comps.
Talents
As sub DPS, prioritize Chongyun’s burst and then his skill over his normal attacks.
As a DPS, level up Chongyun’s normal attacks first.
Chongyun requires books of Diligence and Hilichurl Masks to level up his talents, and at higher levels, Dvalin’s Sigh.
Weapons
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Wolf’s Gravestone; Skyward Pride
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Prototype Archaic; Blackcliff Slasher; Serpent Spine; Litchic Blade; Sacrificial Greatsword
WGS is BiS for Chongyun regardless what role he is filling. If you have it, use it! If not he can use pretty much any 4⭐️ claymore. Prototype Archaic is a safe option since most people have it and it’s relatively easy to refine.
Artifacts
Overview
(4pc) Noblesse Oblige; (2pc) Blizzard Strayer, (2pc) Noblesse; (2pc) Blizzard, (2pc) Gladiator; (4pc) Exile
Noblesse is a great option for Chongyun. Run a 4pc set unless there’s another character already running the set (the effect doesn’t stack.) In that case, you can pair Noblesse with Blizzard Strayer or Gladiator, depending on the sub stats.
2pc Blizzard with 2pc Gladiator can be used if Chongyun is the main DPS in a freeze-shatter comp. 4pc Blizzard Strayer is not recommend since shatter removes Cryo status from enemies, thus negating the 4pc passive.
If you have horrible energy recharge you can run Exile to compensate for it.
Stats
Timepiece - Atk%, Elemental Mastery or Energy Recharge
This one really just depends on the sub stats and weapon. If you have WGS or Archaic you can safely run energy recharge or EM depending on sub stats. Elemental Mastery is preferred for DPS build to get more damage from Shatter whereas Energy Recharge would be more useful in a support role. However, if you have decent ER and EM from sub stats Atk% is the way to go. It really just depends what the rest of your build is.
Goblet: Cryo Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate or Crit Dmg
Sub Stats
Prioritize sub stats in the following order
Crit > Atk% > Energy Recharge = Elemental Mastery > Atk
Team Comp
Chongyun excels in comps where he can pop his elemental burst for strong reaction damage. Melt, Freeze, or a combination of the two are his best options. Xingqiu is MVP best partner for Chongyun since they synergize so well for freezing. Avoid pairing Chongyun with electro characters as superconduct is very anti-synergy with Chongyun.
Sample Team Comps
Melt
Pyro DPS + Bennett + Chongyun + Anemo VV
Freeze
Kaeya/Rosaria + Xingqiu + Chongyun + Jean/Barbara
Main DPS
Chongyun can work as a main DPS if he’s paired with Xingqiu in a freeze-shatter comp.
Chongyun + Xingqiu + Cryo + Anemo (Jean preferred unless Qiqi or Diona are in the Cryo slot)
TLDR
Chongyun is a really cool character with a niche role due to his Cryo infusion. His elemental burst packs a punch and he’s relatively easy to build. Prioritize his burst when leveling talents unless you want to run him as a main carry, in which case prioritize his autos. WGS is his best weapon but prototype archiac is a great f2p option. He pairs well with Pyro and Cryo characters and Xingqiu.
As always I hope this guide has been helpful for some people! If there’s a character you’d like to learn more about feel free to ask! :)

Need help with artifacts? Here are some guides for beginners:
I made these and posted them on the Hoyo lab forums for Genshin, but thought the info wouldnt hurt to share here either.
These guides are aimed towards people who are beginners/ dont know how artifacts work, so more experienced players will probs find not much of use here lol.
Ask questions if you dont understand anything, I'm here to spread knowledge :))

Kaeya & Rosaria Build Guide
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I was asked by @theravencawsatmidnight to do a Rosaria guide and I’m happy to do so! This will also double as a Kaeya guide because I was planning to do him next and aside from their weapon choices these two characters are very similar gameplay wise.
If you love this cryo OTP then hopefully this post will be of use to you!
Role
Kaeya and Rosaria are both great options for DPS main carry roles as well as Sub DPS. Rosaria is technically a tad bit better at DPS but both of them function the same way. They can do physical DPS with superconduct support or go full Cryo if paired with Chongyun. Both characters are also fantastic burst support options and can do off-field damage with their bursts.
Talents
As DPS prioritize their Normal Attacks first, then their Bursts and save their skills for last. As supports focus on their Bursts and save normal attacks for last.
Kaeya’s talents level up with Books of Ballad, Treasure Hunter Insignias, and at high level Spirit Locket of Boreas. (Wolf buttplug)
Rosaria also uses Books of Ballad as well as Fatui Insignias, and Shadow of the Warrior (Childe’s buttplug.)
As DPS take them to Lv 90. Lv 70 is more than enough for support
Weapons
Kaeya
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Summit Shaper; Primordial Jade Cutter; Skyward Blade; Aquila Favonia
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Blackcliff Longsword; Black Sword; Prototype Rancour; Flute; Festering Desire; Favonius Sword
Summit Shaper is BiS for Cryo DPS while Aquila Favonia is BiS for physical. The Blackcliff is the best 4⭐️ due to its Crit damage sub stat and works for both roles.
Skyward Blade is BiS for burst support with Festering Desire and Favonius Sword being good 4⭐️ options.
Rosaria
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Primordial Jade Winged Spear; Vortex Vanquisher; Staff of Homa; Skyward Spine
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Crescent Pike; Blackcliff Pole; Deathmatch; Litchic Spear; Favonius Lance
Primordial Jade Winged Spear is BiS for both Cryo and Physical DPS. The Blackcliff and Deathmatch are good 4⭐️ options. Crescent Pike can be used only with physical build. Litchic Spear is really good but only if she’s paired with 3 Liyue characters. Favonius Lance can be used for support if you don’t have blackcliff or Deathmatch.
Artifacts
Overview - Cryo DPS
(4pc) Blizzard Strayer; (2pc) BS, (2pc) Gladiator; (4pc) Gladiator
Kaeya and Rosaria both make fantastic use of 4pc Blizzard Strayer set, especially when paired with Chongyun.
The beautiful thing about these two characters and this artifact set is you basically get 60-75% Crit Rate for free, meaning you don’t need to worry about it in your build.
Overview - Physical DPS
(4pc) Pale Flame; (2pc) Pale Flame, (2pc) Bloodstained, (2pc) Gladiator; (4pc) Gladiator
As physical DPS (not paired with Chongyun) Pale Flame is the most consistent option since both Kaeya and Rosaria have no trouble maintaining stacks for the 4pc passive.
Stats
Timepiece: Atk%
Goblet: Cryo Dmg Bonus / Physical Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate / Crit Dmg
*if running 4pc BS there’s no need for extra Crit Rate
Sub Stat Priority
Crit > Atk% > Elemental Mastery (if Cryo) > Energy Recharge > Atk
Overview - Support DPS
(4pc) Noblesse Oblige; (2pc) BS, (2pc) Noblesse
For sub DPS the standard Noblesse oblige set is best. If you already have a 4pc user in your team then mix it with 2pc Blizzard Strayer for the extra Cryo Dmg.
Stats
Timepiece: Energy Recharge or Atk%
Goblet: Cryo Dmg Bonus
Circlet: Crit Rate / Crit Dmg
Sub Stat Priority
Crit > Energy Recharge > Atk% > Elemental Mastery > Atk
Team Comp
Kaeya and Rosaria have multiple options due to their versatility. Chongyun is without a doubt their best partner since he enables full Cryo build. If you have Chongyun definitely pair him with either of these two. Xingqiu is also a fantastic option.
For physical DPS you pretty much just need an Electro character for superconduct, or Zhongli for his physical resistance shredding.
As supports Rosaria and Kaeya pair well with physical and elemental DPS. There’s truly so much you can do with these two.
Sample Team Comps
Cryo
Kaeya/Rosaria + Xingqiu + Chongyun + Anemo (Jean preferred)
Kaeya/Rosaria + Chongyun + Barbara + Traveler/Sucrose
Physical
Kaeya/Rosaria + Xingqiu + Fischl/Beidou + Diona
Kaeya/Rosaria + Bennett + Diona + Zhongli
Sub DPS
Physical
Razor + Kaeya/Rosaria + Diona + Xingqiu
Freeze
Ganyu + Mona/Barbara + Kaeya/Rosaria + Anemo VV
Melt
Yanfei + Bennett + Kaeya/Rosaria + Anemo VV
TLDR
Kaeya and Rosaria are both very f2p friendly characters that can preform a variety of roles in a team. They are very similar gameplay wise and can be built the same. If you have Chongyun they can be used as Cryo DPS but otherwise preform great as physical DPS. 4pc BS artifact set is phenomenal because their kits paired with it provide free crit rate. They can fit into a variety of team comps due to their versatility.
I hope this was helpful for all you Kaeya/Rosaria fans out there. Cryo Supremacy!!

CindeREKI Track 1
Narrator: Once upon a time in a land far away, there was a very unfortunate girl named Cindereki. She lived with her evil stepmother and sisters and was forced to do the cleaning and laundry all day.
Reki: Oof, oof. Ah! I'm finally done cleaning the windows! Now, I have to clean the dishes!
Narrator: Cindereki was doing her chores as always when-
Miya: What? Are you still not finished cleaning?
Narrator: Her second older sister, Miya, came in. Miya said with the eyes of a mean cat.
Miya: You're as shitty as always, Cindereki. I can't believe you're my sister. I don't even want to think about it.
Cherry: You're not done making dinner yet, are you? Are you trying to starve us?
Narrator: That was her oldest sister, Cherry. She said with her fan over her face like she didn't even want to breathe the same air as her.
Reki: I'm sorry, sisters! I'll make it right now!
Narrator: Cindereki said and headed toward the kitchen in a fluster but she was knocked over when she reached the doorway by a large body.
Reki: Gaaaaaah!
Shadow: Oh no! My flower dress has gotten all dirty! Cindereki, you really are just a dumb dirty dog.
Narrator: Her stepmother, Shadow, said while swaying her big body back and forth.
Reki: I'm sorry, mother! I'll make food right away!
Shadow: Whatever, it's fine. Could you get the coach ready?
Reki: You're going out?
Shadow: Hehe. There's a ball at Crazy Rock Castle tonight. Do you know why?
Miya: Mother, is that...!?
Cherry: Will Prince Langa be there!?
Reki: Prince Langa? The one from the snow country?
Shadow: That's right! The prince of Awayuki(light snowfall), Langa-sama! It seems that Prince Langa is looking for someone to marry through an S match!
Reki: No way! I want to go! I want to go!
Cherry: There's no way he'd choose you, you idiot!
Reki: Idiot?!
Shadow: If you can marry Prince Langa you can get all the riches, power and fame you could want!
Cherry: Heh, doesn't sound bad.
Miya: Hey, Cherry, it would be good if Prince Langa likes older women, right?
Cherry: What was that?
Miya: But you're really no match for youth, I think! Look how youthful my skin is.
Cherry: You immature little girl! I'll teach you the appeal of an adult.
Miya: You're too old to get married! I'll call you a heroine so go look for an appropriate guy!
Shadow: Stop it! You're both very beautiful since you look like me.
Miya: We look... like you?
Cherry: No way! We should be grateful to our dead father.
Miya: Yeah.
Shadow: What does that mean!?
Narrator: When night came, the evil stepmother and sisters went to the castle, but they didn't take the unfortunate Cindereki with them.
Reki: Well I guess it can't be helped... My clothes are all tattered and I don't have a skateboard.
Joe: So you're just going to give up?
Narrator: Then, an extremely muscled man in a hood appeared.
Reki: Wh-... Who are you!?
Joe: Me? My name is Joe. I'm just a passing... What do you think I am?
Reki: I don't know.
Joe: Look at these heavily forged muscles... You don't know?
Reki: Umm... a soldier?
Joe: No!
Reki: Then... a knight?
Joe: Look harder. Look how strong I am.
Reki: I know! A martial artist!
Joe: I'm a magician.
Reki: That has nothing to do with your muscles!
Joe: You want to go, right? To Crazy Rock Castle.
Reki: Of course I do. But...
Joe: I'll make you a skateboard with my magic.
Reki: Seriously!? It's my first time seeing magic!
Joe: Oooooh. Muscle... Squat!
Reki: Wh-Why are you squatting!?
Joe: This... is my... muscle... magic!
Reki: Is that really magic?
Joe: You do it too.
Reki: Me too?!
Joe: Let's go!
Reki: Seriously?
Narrator: While Cindereki did squats with the magician, she became worked up and they entered a strange trance of unity.
Joe: Yes! here we go! The muscle power has built up! Muscle magic!
Reki: Woah! It really worked! And this is the first time I've seen a skateboard made of glass! It's so cool!
Joe: I'll give it to you. With that, you'll be able to enter the castle.
Reki: Really? Yes! With this I'll be able to do the S! I'll be able to! Ah... but this won't work. You need a permit sticker to go to the castle.
Joe: Then I guess I'll have to do this. Here we go!
Reki: Why are you stripping?
Joe: Ooooh!
Narrator: As the magician gathered his powers, his six pack ab muscles bulged.
Joe: Magic Six Pack!
Narrator: What an amazing occurrence! Out of the wizard's six pack came 4 horses and a coach along with a permit sticker.
Reki: Seriously!?
Joe: There's nothing muscles can't do.
Reki: No, just say magic in that case.
Joe: But be careful. The things I just created will disappear at midnight.
Reki: Got it! Thank you for everything! Muscle Magic Joe!
Joe: Good luck!
Narrator: This is how Cindereki headed toward Crazy Rock Castle with a glass skateboard.

This is in no way the ultimate masterpost, or everything you can possibly know- I can’t guarantee any results. However, my teacher says that the best way to study (especially in those last weeks) is through looking at the big picture. Try to memorize those rubric reminders, as well as that empire chart (feel free to switch out any empires for ones that you know more about).
I really hope this helps! Good Luck!

Suggestions for New Years Resolutions
Make it a point to take in your surroundings with all your senses. Feel the fizz of sparkling wine on your tongue and listen to the sound of your shoes on  the sidewalk. Take in the scent of the cafÊ you step into and the texture of chocolate splintering and melting on your tongue.
Cherish that your body is formed by the things you love doing - whether it be dancing, lifting weights or snuggling your cat. Don’t strive to form your body by doing things you don’t enjoy. Your body should be formed by love, not punishment - that doesn’t exclude physical activity, of course.
Broaden your horizon - read more books. Especially books by non-english speaking/non-european authors and non-fiction. Poetry and essays are also encouraged. Collect quotes, learn poems by heart.
Pick a signature scent and a signature lipstick colour. Bare face, wind-swept hair and lipstick is THE look and it’s nice to leave a trace of yourself wherever you go.
Practise quality over quantity in all things. Spend 100€ on two rather than fifty things.
Make sure to always pack the following things: a book, a notebook, a pen, a pocket mirror. If those don’t fit into your jacket pockets, get a bigger jacket or smaller books. The pocket mirror is a great way to end an unwanted conversation - checking your own reflection is a clear indicator that you’re not interested in what the other person has to say.
Do things purposefully. Watch your posture, the way you move, your handwriting. No part of you is insignificant.
Every week, take some time to yourself. Go to a museum or a café,  a library or a park for an hour or two. Don’t interact with people. This is a time where you perform only for yourself. If you want to, use that time to pretend you already are the dream vision you have of yourself. It’ll make your goals feel more real.
Take your creativity seriously. No matter what you like to do, take some time to create every week. It eases the soul.
Keep a journal or diary. Even if it’s just two sentences a day, even if it’s just a little note in your planner.
Make your own pleasure a priority. The true core of hedonism is avoiding pain and seeking happiness. Be a hedonist.
Last but most important: Don’t take yourself too seriously.
