Character idea:
Create a cleric or a paladin that is a tattoo artist that tattoos holy symbols on themselves and others so that they can cast magic
You could also make a deity who disguises themselves as a tattoo artist to give people holy symbols without their knowledge making them have to work for the deity and the only way to get out of the contract would be to cut off the tattoo.

A howls moving castle character dynamic for a game:
Have a player meet npc or another player they have never met before who says they have been looking everywhere for, like howl at the beginning of the movie. Then somewhere alone the way, probably towards the end of the story arc/campaign have them go back in time, to save the other player/npc by telling them to find them in the future.
This is extremely up open to interpretation and can be done in the variety of ways.

Campaign idea: You're the villains and the NPCs of the heroes
There are two ways you can play this
1.
*As a one shot
*big battle with level 20 characters fighting the heros
2.
* you play characters that become the bbgs throughout the campaign. Make the players hurt by kill off loved ones, being betrayed by the people they tried to help, be outlasted for who they are, etc. Let the players develop their characters and understand why they are evil, why they are doing what they do!
*you can end this campaign in two ways then: with the start of a new campaign or b: just a regular ending to a campaign
A.
*have them fight a set of heros, and loose
*start the next campaign with the players as the heroes who just defeated their villain selves
*or play this in reverse have them start as heros and then the second campaign be finding out why the villains were the way they were
B.
*have them win the fight against the bggs (big good guys)
