Medieval Teen Clothes

Hello everyone,

I am looking for Teen Male clothes Medieval style. I know of the mod that allows the neck of males that use NRaas allow teens to use adult clothing, but they end up funny looking and the mod requires high graphics in game. I can't use high set graphics. I have found one or two outfits but I need more. Can someone send me in the right direction?

Ulokea, Basic

This world is so beautiful! It is roadless (took Seti a day and a half to ride on horse back to the waterfall :P) and has all kind of lots. Totally blank world to build on. The only thing negative I can see at the moment is that there are a few places that have lot tearing. They are pretty minor and could be covered. Hmmmmm.

S3pe ticking the petsmisc

Hello everyone, I am trying to place an object in the BuyBuild catalog as Pets Misc but in s3pe I cannot find the tab in the OBJD>(Grid)tab>FunctionSubCategoryFlags to click on. I went on s3oc and looked at one of EA's small pet objects and it showed that the tab was "KidsMisc". Can someone explain to me how it shows up in the petsmisc if it is labled kidsmisc?

Podium question

Hey, to the modders out in Sim3 land, Is there anyone who could mod the podium to make sims sit in chairs when listening to the speaker?

I use the podium in my school classrooms and it would be awesome to have the kids sit and listen for once.

This mod edits the models of fish so that when you place them in the world they don't turn into tiny grey fish! This should make it much more fun to create fish markets, supermarket displays and just for general decorating :) All fish can be placed on small slots.

This currently does NOT change the model of the fish that cats catch when they are hunting, I tried many times but couldn't get it to work unfortunately.

This mod only overrides the MODELS not TEXTURES so any default replacement textures you have will be compatible!

I highly recommend my own Custom Food Script mod and OBJK Overrides. My Custom Food Script provides up to five different custom moodlets, and all features are tunable. The script also removes a few side affects from using the WA DriedFood as the scriptclass, such a snob sniffs getting the negative Foul Food moodlet, and fixing the Origin of the moodlet. Also, I’m open for suggestions and requests to improve the mod and make it better for you, so feel free to ask.

How to Use The Custom Food Script

1. Download the Custom Food Script mod at ModTheSims. You’ll want to download NonaEdibleFood_WITHCustomBuffs.zip to get custom moodlets. 2. Unzip the file and place the package in your Mods\Packages folder. 3. Download the OBJK overrides available at my blog. 4. Unzip the and file place it in your Mods\Overrides folder. (if you don’t have an Overrides folder and don’t know how to make it: How to Create and Use an Overrides folder.) 5. Don’t forget to install the custom food from ATS3, OBP or Parisian Sims!

Now you can have delicious and decadent custom food for your sims whenever you want. This custom food does not spoil, so feel free to stock your sims’ inventories chock full of lasagna, cake, and croissants.

Note: When using the OBJK overrides, Delphy’s Dashboard will report a conflict. This is a non-issue and can be safely ignored. Just be sure to put the overrides in your Overrides folder (higher priority in Resource.cfg) so the objects will use my custom script.

Updated custom foods tutorial!

I updated my custom foods tutorial with screenshots from @omedapixel. It’s now huge but much easier to follow!

I also included additional details about cloning models from expansions. That turns out to involve a couple more steps in the key-replacement stage, which I didn’t realize when I wrote it. I discovered the issue when I made scrambled eggs and tried to clone from World Adventures stir-fry and the model wouldn’t show up. 😳

The short version on expansion cloning is: Only do it if you really can’t find anything in base game, because it’s annoying. BUT! You can totally do it if you need to.

Tangentially, I’ve been noticing custom recipes popping up a lot of places, most recently @aroundthesims. That’s kinda like being noticed by a celebrity 😍. I know it all begins with DouglasVeiga’s CCLoader, @icemunmun-spicy-scalpel pioneered a lot of custom recipes, and it’s omedapixel’s Discord that really made this stuff accessible to most folks, but my tutorial is wedged in there setting down the steps. It’s humbling to see it explode. That tutorial might be my biggest contribution to the community. For a long time, I wasn’t sure anyone would even use it. 🙃

Still working on armory stuff...

This set by far has been the biggest challenge I've had... working with multiple bones, premium items and functional items has been a trip, but SO. WORTH. IT. Gah! A quick update into the vault of wips I've got going on... enjoy a peek into my project!

For years (years) I've wanted to take on the store's archery item, and... I did. To my absolute surprise, I got this bad boy working. The middle targets swing, the shots hit the upper targets instead of landing in midair, I scared my children half to death with dinosaur sounds, it was a complete success, and I'm so stoked! This one needs a couple of cosmetic tweaks to the image files, and I want to test the pathing to make it a bit more friendly in close environments, but otherwise it's in game and working!

Next up, my precious... old hay bales, working as archery targets. Y'all don't know the WILLPOWER it took to stay on this current project when these hit my game... I almost bailed off to start a farm set, but I stayed on track! (claps self on the back, I'm so proud lol) These have the same issue as other custom targets; without the frame, the shots/arrows currently follow the same path of the store item, but they do function.

Hopefully if I can fix the pathing issues, the other targets will work along with the frame. Otherwise, I'll make deco versions as well so they don't battle for the same space/footprint, and will look something like this ^

I've played with several target stands, both 3D models I downloaded and from Skyrim, and I wound up modeling a few myself. I have one up and running in game already, and will be testing the textures before getting the other two up and running. These are also functional, the arrows will just follow the same path as the store item again. I'm trying to figure out how to fix that issue for all the targets, but one thing at a time.

Next we have more deco items, including crossbows (loaded, and unloaded, ha ), archery stands for bows and arrows, and a ballista.... of all things.. lol

I have a few more items I want to add into the mix, but I'm making progress. I can't wait to get this out to y'all! Enjoy the view!
