Only three weeks to go until Boomtown 2016!!

Cliché as it sounds, I cannot wait to get away from the stresses that this year has bought so far. You may have noticed that I have not been writing much over the last few months. My Mum was diagnosed with Cancer at the beginning of March and ever since my whole world has stood still due to months of uncertainty and constant to and from Bristol and the Highlands of Scotland. It lead me to lose my passion for music and writing, it seems that when things happen beyond control, you lose control of everything around you. However, things seem to be looking up and after some time and inspiration, I’m sure I will get back into the things I used to enjoy.

After seeing a plethora of bangin’ music and immersing in the culture and craziness of Boomtown last year, it give me a great deal of passion and inspiration. So, I’m confident this year will be the same, just look at the line-up!

One week into 2016 and still recovering from a crazy NYE at The Crofters in Bristol with Break & Commix, followed by the standard after party messyness. It was a great way to start my first full year in the City and cannot wait for what's in store. Not to mention all the upcoming raves!

January is always a good time to contemplate goals and dreams for the year ahead, whilst winding down from the party season. This latest Sun & Bass mix from Anile is sure to rid you of your January blues, there's some absolute bangers and it's getting me hyped for what dnb will bring this year. This month has been non-stop in terms of raves and my body probably hates me, but seeing as I’m off to the Highlands of Scotland next week for 10 days, there is time to squeeze in one more party before NYE.

I’ve always wanted to hit up one of the Soul In Motion nights and as I’ll be working in London for the rest of the week, it would be rude not to pop in for their Xmas party. Heard so many good things about this event so cannot wait to experience it first hand.
