-Chapter 1.3-

Sadie didn't even go in the house before she spotted Patch. He seemed hesitant at first while she walked up but once he recognized the familiarity of the excited young girl inside of the woman walking toward him, his anxiety melted away.

Sadie was able to give a long-awaited hello to an old friend and an unexpected goodbye to her beloved grandparents.

Return to Cloud Hill

-Chapter 1.2-

Knowing that her heart was left at Cloud Hill Ranch, Sadie decided to leave her law firm and travel back home.

As she walked through the front gates of the ranch, she felt all the memories rush back into her: Grandma Elaine knitting on the porch in her favorite rocking chair, Grandpa Stu training defiant and scared horses with his faithful stallion, Smarty, and herself running around playing with the goats and sheep around the ranch.

Return to Cloud Hill

-Chapter 1.1-

Janet Everett is an aspiring mixologist. At least... she is this month. When she found out that her father left his ranch to her daughter, she thought of the idea to have Sadie use her "lawyer skills" to transfer ownership to herself. That way she could sell Cloud Hill and use the money to open her own bar.

Sadie was not surprised that her mother felt little to no sadness about Grandpa Stu dying but, she could not believe her mother wanted to sell the ranch. Sadie is not going to let that happen.

Return to Cloud Hill

-Prologue-

Sadie Everett grew up on her grandparents ranch. When she was born, her mother gave her parents, Stu and Elaine, custody because she didn't feel ready to care for a baby. When Sadie turned 10, her mother came from San Myshuno to collect her and raise her in the city.

That was Sadie's last time at Cloud Hill Ranch. She grew up in the city and became a lawyer... forgetting her country beginnings. Her mother didn't even bring her back to Chestnut Ridge to go to her grandmother's funeral a few years back.

Sadie constantly dreams about the happy memories she made at Cloud Hill. But, this time the dream had a different ending...

This is Farrah McNally, the matriarch of my new Legacy Gameplay. She just bought her first home. It is a disheveled beach shake right on the beach in Brindleton Bay. It may not look great yet but, Farrah --being super handy--  is going to work hard to turn this dump into her dream home!
