My cat managed to dislocate my poor mouse Ian’s arm, as seen in the first picture. When he walks it drags under him and I know that he s in a lot of pain. My parents will not help me because he is “just a mouse” but I am a firm believer that no animals life is less than any other. he is a living creature and he is in a lot of pain, I’m doing everything I can think of to help him.  The initial exam will be $67 and I know that he is going to need an x-ray and surgery and that could very well be from $100 to $500 the lady I called at East Side Animal Hospital couldn’t say.
