cas coming out

dean couldn’t really understand what Cas was saying, it took him several minutes to finally realise the angel was maybe coming out to him. They were at a bar near where one of their hunting missions had been a couple of days ago because they had to stay in the motel as sam was in the hospital with 2 broken legs and a broken rib, he had fallen from a hight whilst trying to escape a quick demon.

cas was sat opposite to Dean scoffing a cheese burger when he said it.

”cas , i really think the holy water would have worked on him i mean c’mon”

“well, my boyfriend once told me that some are immune, of course i didn’t beleive him but-” the angel was interrupted half way through the sentence.

“wait a minute, you, you had a boyfriend?!” Dean put his cold beer down on the wooden table and rested his elbows on the advertising placemat.

cas looked down at his feet, “well, ex-boyfriend. he, he died” Cas looked back up at dean, “he was a human. i should have seen it coming”

“im sorry cas, i- didn’t know”
